  1. Per ProFootballTalk this morning the Browns had been looking for a CMC type deal but would now accept a 4th .. which likely means a 5th can get it done https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2022/10/30/report-browns-now-want-only-a-fourth-round-pick-for-kareem-hunt/
  2. Pre-game prep i love how this team seemingly is just having a great time while dominating
  3. Pat mcAfee shows.. Alvin Kamara rumors. Feel Bills are the favorites to get him .. discussion starts at 3:45
  4. Per Allen Lazard he expects to miss this Sunday's game. https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2022/10/27/allen-lazard-doesnt-think-hell-play-this-weekend/
  5. The problem is as pointed out in the article the grade is made without the context of knowing what the players assignment was on the various plays. If the grader guesses the assignment correctly the scoring would be fine, but in many cases they are in fact just guessing so comparing grades would not work
  6. Details how Raiders players moved away from caring about these site’s grades when they realized it didn’t align with how their coaches were grading them based on the analytics site not understanding what their actual responsibilities were on a given play. https://sports.yahoo.com/raiders-focus-coaches-grades-rather-005549328.html I know this has been debated back and forth (especially given Lewan’s contention that players pay to increase their ratings, but the part about the graders not really understanding the individual’s responsibilities on a given play hit home to me.
  7. Actually no .. Josh averages $43 million per year over 6 years; Pat is $45 million per year over 10 years. In several years they will both be huge bargains. Rodgers is $50 million per year for 3 years. One can do a lot with an extra $5 -$7 million in cap to work with.
  8. Aaron is indicating that his teammates are making too many mistakes and those that are should be benched for others. 1) if he didn’t monopolize their salary cap .. perhaps they could have a more talented roster perhaps who made less mistakes. 2) He comes off as a “you guys” person .. hard to want to give all you have for a guy like that. In contrast Pat and Josh are more “us guys”. 3) this should be an internal discussion. Now the team will be scrutinized to determine if people can figure out who Aaron is talking about. A total needless distraction. 4) Aaron has been bad this year .. look in the mirror first. https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2022/10/25/aaron-rodgers-packers-make-too-many-mistakes-those-guys-shouldnt-be-playing/ So happy we have Josh
  9. In honor of Tight End day … a look at how the superstar we let get away idle foing this year. 10 targets 5 receptions for 72 yards and 2 TDs over 6 games. How did we let him get away
  10. The Chargers are also snake bit. Just lost JC Jackson for the year though he had been struggling anyway. https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2022/10/24/j-c-jackson-out-for-year-with-ruptured-patellar-tendon/
  11. I expect they will be favored in all remaining games except maybe Cindy. Assuming they lose no more games - nothing HF is theirs assuming they lose 1 game - the Jets, Cindy, and the Chargers need to lose 1 game assuming they lose 2 games ( my expectation) - Jets, Bengals, and Chargers would have to lose 2 games ( obviously depends on head to head matchup … this is worst case), the Dolphins, Pats, Colts, Titans, Chiefs would have to lose 1 game. 11 loses throughout the season across those teams seems inevitable... it is encouraging how good their odds are currently
  12. https://www.instagram.com/reel/Cj_LABbvF75/?igshid=MDJmNzVkMjY%3D Not your normal football guy stuff… Coy Wire asked Devin what story he could tell about Josh that shows why he is a special teammate ““After the game… He gave me a big hug… and told me… ‘I love you more than you know.’ As guys, we don’t usually say that to each other…. That’s real love.” Devin Singletary on Josh Allen after ⁦ @BuffaloBills victory over #Chiefs.
  13. It is also the $ if by getting a CMC we can’t keep a Poyer or a Gabe Davis .. that has to be taken into account
  14. Hopefully he has a monstrous first game to take down the Chiefs … after that who cares.
  15. I used to start thinking about the draft many years during the drought when it was clear we were yet again not making the playoffs. Now I focus on the upcoming games and playoff positioning. It is a great time to be a Bills fan. BTW no issue with you looking ahead. That is your thing and that is cool too.
  16. Yeah they limited him to 400 yds passing and 47 yards rushing while his teammates dropped like flies from the heat. I wonder how they propose making our sideline so hot in Buffalo?
  17. So am I reading this correctly .. we could cut him next year and owe nothing (assuming the 1 million injury clause) didn’t kick in?
  18. Now he may not have the patience for Jones if healthy. When asked he would not commit that Mac Jones would start even if healthy. Is it possible he gets Bledsoe? https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/bill-belichick-doesnt-commit-to-mac-jones-as-patriots-qb-i-dont-know-if-hell-start-once-healthy/ as for Josh .. how many opposing locker rooms has Bill home in to personally congratulate the opposing QB.. I am guessing very few.
  19. Good lord .. someone actually referenced menstrual cramps as a reason this comment was so horrible. We are genuinely in a very fragile state as a society. Bottom line the call sucked
  20. Phillips probably injured it during this dance routine. Never do dance lifts with a thick partner. The second clip is better
  21. Are you saying the Ravens with Lamar are comparable to the Steelers? Also keep in mind 10 of the Ravens points were set up by very short fields due to turnover. From a statistics perspective the sample size is too small to make any logical conclusions… but I get the sense that is not what you are striving for anyway.
  22. Aren’t we supposed to cut Gabe? I read it on TBD???
  23. https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2022/10/09/odell-beckham-jr-targets-mid-november-return/ OBJ is targeting a mid-November return
  24. Buffalo Bills PR “#RoundingUpTheHerd: Sean McDermott and Leslie Frazier have faced a rookie QB 11 times (regular season + playoffs) since 2017. In those match-ups, the rookie QBs have recorded a 59.5 passer rating while throwing seven TDs to 17 interceptions.” This will help me sleep better tonight
  25. NFL.com ranks the top D line and has some very interesting things to say about the Bills based on Next Gen Stats https://www.nfl.com/news/2022-nfl-season-s-early-top-10-defensive-lines-nick-bosa-led-49ers-group-deep-bi Bills ranked #2 by the way
