I can't bear to watch it. I've never rewatched any of the SuperBowl losses either.

I think 14 wins gets the #1 seed.
Ethan in Cleveland replied to Billyhouseman's topic in The Stadium Wall
Agree as I still worry about physical teams and I think 49ers still play a physical brand of football on defense - though I have not seen them play all year. Perhaps that is more perception than reality. McD is undefeated after a bye week and a ton of guys should be healthy. Would be nice to get 49ers at 1PM EST (10am PST), but I still think Bills win. Before beating the Chiefs I said the Bills really had not beaten a good team. Much the same can be said about the Lions. They have had as easy a schedule as the Bills have had with many common opponents. They did beat the Texans but that was also Josh's WTF game for the year. Lions speed is incredible but McD has shown that he can take that away. -
I feel sad for you. To live out your days stuck in a world that no longer exists.

It is ... And of course you know two wrongs don't make a right

Its stupid and offensive

How many times have you watched Josh's run?
Ethan in Cleveland replied to Success's topic in The Stadium Wall
20+ times at least. There are a couple You tube's out there from fans. A sideline angle with the in reading crowd noise. then an end zone video from the opposite endzone. You can hear at least three people say C'mon Josh before and during the play! -
Complete change in the National Media re Allen
Ethan in Cleveland replied to peterpan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Can't both things be true... Last year the media said he turned the ball over too much... This year he isn't and they are winning more... -
Benford, Bernard & Shakir…re-sign all of them?
Ethan in Cleveland replied to LabattBlue's topic in The Stadium Wall
Nah, if we win the SuperBowl we can trade him for ten first round picks! -
Yesterday was a coaching clinic
Ethan in Cleveland replied to Buffalo716's topic in The Stadium Wall
I wasn't. I think some were probably just thinking we beat them in the regular season before. What matters is the playoffs, so a loss while not meaningless, doesn't mean much if they lose to them in the playoffs later. -
Head Coaching Vacancies - 2024/2025 Edition
Ethan in Cleveland replied to Coach Tuesday's topic in The Stadium Wall
Most of the talk on Cleveland radio is that The Browns will clean house with new GM and new HC. If I was Stefanski I would resign now. He lost the locker room when he was forced to play Watson and even after he was terrible kept saying he was the best option to win. His LT is already on record as saying he isnt playing injured as he needs to make a business decision. Garrett was checked out against the Saints. -

2025 Schedule Pretty Much Locked In
Ethan in Cleveland replied to May Day 10's topic in The Stadium Wall
Bills win SuperBowl then probably open the season on Thrusay at home against Baltimore or maybe the NFC East winner. Bills don't win SuperBowl then probably open on Thursday at Steelers. -
Josh Allen Punched in the head two weeks in a row
Ethan in Cleveland replied to kitchen sink's topic in The Stadium Wall
Good no call. He was trying to knock the ball out at the goal line. Of course it is impossible to know intent, but in this case I'd give him teh benefit of doubt. Colts player not so much. That was deliberate 3 shots to the head. -
100% agree!

Can we talk about Beane and Oline?
Ethan in Cleveland replied to No_Matter_What's topic in The Stadium Wall
2/5 of the Bills starting OL are free agent signings. -
Knox tried to play with a bad wrist. He dropped a potential game win sealing pass from Josh against the Giants. Giants almost came back to win but refs bailed us out (that never happens according to this board). Knox was my favorite player after Allen. But the drops at the worst times were just too much. I thought he could be the next great TE in the league and be the first Bills TE in franchise history to make a ProBowl.
-
He won't. Team quit on him weeks ago.
-
I hope he can come back and play great. He was a legit All-Pro. It would be a massive boost and he is a perfect player for our community.

Gone will be Gilliam, Cooper, Miller, Jones, Douglas, Milano, Elam, and Morris. McGovern or Edwards could be the surprise cap casualties. I know people want to believe Milano can come back but he will be 30 years old in March. His game is built on speed not power. It will be a sad day but he like White will be cut due to injury. I'm not sure about Dawkins. He's still playing well. He has his good and bad moments. Probably not bad enough to move on from but also OT would seem like a need on day 2. Bills have nice depth on OL. They may decide to move on from either McGovern or Edwards to try and save some money and get the younger cheaper players on the field. WR is going to be tough. Cooper on a 2 year deal with a 3rd year option would be ideal. Bills will probably be out bid though. My guess is they look to the free agent market for a guy that is not a top 5 but is someone who maybe is in the 15-20 range. Look for Bills to extend at least three of the following Shakir, Benford, Rousseau, or Bernard. All are under contract for 2025 but my guess is they figure out a way to keep all four on the roster while extending three of them. I wouldn't even be shocked if they extended one of them this week. As for the draft, look for a heavy and this time needed investment in the defense. Look for them to take a DT, DE, CB in the first four rounds. The other pick will either be a WR or OT. In the late rounds, a Punter, developmental QB, a safety, and a LB makes sense.

Ethan in Cleveland replied to Buffalo716's topic in The Stadium Wall
Make no mistake about it, that was Allen and Torrence making a play. Spy makes no sense on fourth and 2. Give credit to McDermott for not kicking the FG there. He's learned his lesson. The only thing that stops Reid and Mahomes is Allen having the ball. Like Rex said, Allen has never lost to the Chiefs. -
Benford, Bernard & Shakir…re-sign all of them?
Ethan in Cleveland replied to LabattBlue's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yes if you can. Beane will have to get creative. If you sign all three of these, it may mean you let Rousseau and or Cooper go. Kincaid hasn't done enough to let Knox go just yet but a restructure makes sense for him. Let Von, Milano, and Douglas go. Maybe Dawkins too and that frees up some significant cap space. Of the three Shakir is probably easiest one to replace in draft or free agency. Bernard is the scariest. You could sign him to a big deal only for him to be injured often. -
Our best chance at a SuperBowl was with Diggs and Davis on the field in KC. We all got fooled that Davis would be a great #2. Either way the game moves on. Shakir is a joy to watch play. Cooper already has two of the best catches of the season. Samuel if healthy could be a better version of McKenzie. Even Hollins is fun to watch because he brings passion. Hope Davis and Diggs heal up well. Diggs had an outside chance at HOF with a few more productive years. Probably not now.
