  1. At this point I would say DE, but OT is next on my list.
  2. Browns QB situation is actually worse than it was before. Pickett is out with an injured hamstring. Sanders was 4th string and on some reps wasn't even throwing to other players. He was throwing to coaches as the WRs had already finished their reps Today he got no first string reps but apparently went 9/9 with 2TDs with sevond team
  3. Sadly this is spot on. I really thought Knox was going to be great. A 3 year extension at a much lower price would be perfect for Bills. But at his age he is probably looking for one last decent sized signing bonus. Maybe Buffalo meets him half way and they lower the price but make the first two years fully guaranteed. After Allen, Knox and Cook are my favorite players and decent chance both will be gone next season.
  4. Good take I just hope the only reason Coleman looks good is not because he is beating White and Bishop all over the field. Dude. Relax. Its just a message board. Its not life and death.
  5. Well this is depressing
  6. Luv this guy!!! If he wins a SuperBowl for Buffalo our entire city and region gains an entire new level of national respect! I'm so proud to be from WNY and wear my Bills gear no matter where I may be working or living.
  7. Lol...im a drama queen...
  8. Beane messed up paying Bernard and not Cook. No reason to sign Bernard to a long term deal. He had a down year last year and its still unclear if he can stay healthy long term at his size. I rarely defend McD but he's proven he can mostly plug and play a young MLB in his defense. 100% agree with Benford, Shakir, Brown, and Rousseau deals. Those were all very good deals for both Bills and the players. If you want to be super cut throat you franchise Cook next year and then let him walk. Sadly Im afraid it may come down to two contracts for my favorite players - Knox and Cook. Knox is going to need to take a massive paycut to stay.
  9. This is moslty accurate. 3 STs is really PK, P, and LS so it leaves off gunner and return guy. They have never carried 8 DL and I was pilloried earlier this summer for suggesting they go light on DL until the PED cheats come back. I agree 5 LBs seems about right. I honestly would be happy with 6 WR and let Shakir field punts. Codrington can't play defense and kick and punt return is not that critical. Gunner is probably the most important 4th special team player. Hopefully one of the rookies can sieze that spot. Lastly I think they keep an extra DB as I suggested earlier this Spring. They have huge question marks all over the defensive backfield if you include Benford's concussion history. Id keep an extra DB and an extra safety. Really like the kid Hancock out of Ohio State as a guy that can challenge Lewis as the third safety. Honestly though I have not heard a single thing about him since draft day.
  10. Wow going after his guaranteed money when he gets injured. The details on this will be very interesting to see.
  11. With the versatility of their OL I could see them trying to get away with carrying one less. I can't see less than 3 TEs. Honestly I'd carry one less LB. They so rarely play more than 2. My crusade to not have a FB on the team looks like it will never come to fruition.
  12. If you keep Shavers which WR do you cut or are you keeping 6? If so what other position group loses a player? Josh will go down as the best QB in NFL history on intermediate to deep passes. His arm strength is off the charts. As you said he just doesn't have the ability to put air under the ball like Aaron Rodgers or Russell Wilson. That and occasionally making a terrible throw on a WR screen are his only flaws.
  13. I stated at the time he was going to be better than Trevor Lawrence. Lawrence has been middling some very hood play and some terrible play/injuries but got massive contract extension. Fields had terrible HC and little skill people around him in Chicago. Now he is with the Jets. Some guys just dont get the best chances for success.
  14. I thought they were switching him to NT or 1 tech DT to backup DQ or compete with DQ for starter. Not sure they want him penetrating. Will be interesting to see where he lines up. Of course if DQ has a bounce back year then it might not matter too much.
  15. Perhaps they were talking about the players that didn't practice. Not new injuries.
  16. For the record a reporter asked my same question to McDermott and he really never answered it. Its not that big a deal but it will be interesting how many reps the rookies and second year reps get over teh PED cheats knowing they need the young guys to play early in the season.
  17. Cmon man. Of course it is. We all like Tre but I think we all want to see Hairston be a plug and play starter. Need to wash off the stick of Elam. White as CB#3 or #4 is not a bad thing.
  18. Keon will be the Hollins role from last year. He's not good enough to be a 1 or a 2 but he can be a fantastic 4. Palmer and Moore are 1 and 2. And the radio guys were right when they said Beane didn't do enough at WR thus he added Moore.
  19. Dear Lord if White can't even keep up with Coleman then they better start letting Max run with the starters
  20. I think his name is James not Bill
  21. White was with first team from day 1 when he was a rookie. But I get your point. Its a sign of respect to White. Plus they need to see if White can cover Bills #1 WRs or if he is still broken.
  22. Curious what others think? Would you let the PED cheats practice based on their depth chart spot or do you play them last with the roster bottom feeders? You need to see what they can do in camp but you also need to see who is going to take their two roster spots for the first 6 weeks.
  23. Shady put up over 1200 yards rushing age 28 and over 1100 age 29. The great running backs perform well into their late twenties. Age 30 is when they really fall off.
  24. I was one of those that really liked him in the draft. Someone will pick him up. Chargers are a team that could use more of a pass catching threat at TE. Does KC bring him to back up Kelce? Browns TE is often injured.
