  1. Comments from the Titans forum last night on their GDT: https://gotitans.com/threads/2022-2023-nfl-games-thread.103538/ "Going to bed. Rams are straight doo doo. Allen going to feast on us next week." " Welp, it was a good game. Going to be rough going to Buffalo week 2." "Bills defense with 7 sacks and you see the result, meanwhile our Titans got 9 sacks against Burrow and you see our result." "Titans better come out and take care of Giants otherwise 0-2 to start. Best pass rusher gone vs Josh Allen? Night, night." "Bills get 10 days to rest and prep against us. They're Defense is playing crazy good tonight" " Bills DL running over the Rams OL like we did." " Josh Allen is looking pretty good..Bills will be tough, especially when White returns" and on the oppsite side: "LOL.... Titan whupped bills last 2 times they played... rolling them once" "Good. Give them 10 days of being told they're the greatest team of all time. Vrabel and the Titans do better as dogs anyway."
  2. One of the comments on a PFT article: https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2022/09/08/thursday-night-football-josh-allens-four-touchdowns-power-bills-to-31-10-victory-over-rams/ "Best QB in football. Best D in football. Deepest roster in football. Titans watched this and are not focused on week one because they know theyre losing week two. Best fans in football." There also seems to be a lot of concern from about the upcoming game on the Titans forum.
  3. Too many posts today to read everyhing so I don't know if this was posted:
  4. Ok, I had a bizarre and intense dream last night, and I blame @Augie for this, lol! I was a player at the Australian Open (wtf? I don't even play tennis and am not really a fan), and NBC had the broadcast. We had an introductory meeting with all players in the NBC mobile televison control room Similar to Jimmy Arias and Jessica Pegula, I had never won a Grand Slam and was thankful Novak Djokovich wasn't there since I didn't want to face him, as I knew he would be tough for me to beat. They drew random numbers and assigned me to some other dude for my doubles partner (wtf?). We also got our room assignments in the dorm for the tournament, and I was assigned to the Memorial Aud in Buffalo (wtf?). Somehow, the tournament was being played in Saudi Arabia (another wtf?). Bob Costas (not Chris Collinsworth) and Marv Albert were there and were set to call the match (didn't @OZZBILLS mention Marv Albert in one of the GDT'shere yesterday, and I lol'ed at the comment? That's why I dreamed of him). At the same time, I was on the Bills, and we had just acquired Von Miller after Denver got him right before us in last year's draft. He then chose to come to Buffalo in his second year and planned to have us win the SB. Instead of Miller, AJ Epenesa fell to us in the first round since Denver had a clerical error on their big board, marking him as a pine player. With both Miller and Epenesa now, our D-Line would be dominant. Back at the NBC TV mobile studios at the Australian Open, it was late and I hadn't eaten. They had a pizza party for the players (and I actually commented about pizza here in that game day food thread someone started a few days ago) and I grabbed a slice. It was late at night and my doubles partrner looked at me and was like "are you going to bed? we have a match tomorrow". So I realized I had better get some sleep since it was going to be morning in Australia sooner than it usually is for me...then I woke up.
  5. Sort of relevant to this topic, and not sure if this was mentioned in another thread after doing a cursory search here, but it was mentioned last night on the SXM live stream that the win at Los Angeles last night was Josh's first NFL win in his home state of California. The Bills did beat the 49ers on the road in 2020, but that was in Arizona, not San Francisco, due to COVID.
  6. Once we have a future game in hand, let's try him again and feed him the ball to get his confidence up.
  7. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/34553316/qb-josh-allen-throws-3-td-passes-buffalo-bills-make-statement-31-10-win-los-angeles-rams "The Bills offense had success maintaining drives on third down, finishing 9-10 (90%), tied for second-best in the last 30 seasons by any team in a single game."
  8. https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/rams-vs-bills-score-josh-allen-throws-for-three-tds-runs-for-one-as-buffalo-dominates-second-half/live/ "Rams head coach Sean McVay is under .500 in a season for the first time in his career. He falls to 5-1 in season openers."
  9. Bils record for sacks on opening day with 7! Previous was 6 vs. Minnesota in 1994.
  10. I want a Von Miller strip sack for a TD.
  11. You might not see it much this year.
  12. F---! Just burned the food I was baking since I was so into the last TD drive.
  13. No punts and 5 sacks so far!!! [Oops, @wppete just beat me to it!]
  14. Put them away this quarter!
  15. Yeah, Sal said that too on the Bills Radio Network. He was in the locker room walking around and gettig taped up.
  16. They said on SXM he should be back later in the game.
  17. Makes you wonder...how many more second chances is he going to get? He was benched last year too.
  18. That term reminds too much of a certain poster here. Don't use it! 😁
  19. It's just an observation how bad their fans are. I don't see a problem with it.
