  1. Coke = NO. 6 world's most valuable brands; $190B market cap Pepsi = No. 29 valuable brands, $159B market cap According to Forbes 2019; these numbers probably not totally accurate now.
  2. "Tillia, going into her third year as an internet exhibitionist, is finding herself back at the teacher’s podium." LOL. Her "thick" body type is not really my thing. But... Can you possibly imagine being a student in her classroom? I would remember absolutely nothing that was said and get an "F".
  3. How could Baker Mayfield be ranked second? I consistently read at this board how terrible he is! Congratulations to Josh Allen on being #1.
  4. If we want Baltimore to wear white, and we want to enhance Josh's visibility of our receivers, wear the all red! I assume Baltimore would have to wear white at that point.
  5. That's way oversimplified. The booth basically decided it was too close to call which I think is a fair call. So it defaulted to the ruling on the field. We got a TON of really important calls our way in that game! But fans focus on this b/c it didn't go our way.
  6. There was a lot of angst among Bills fans about the apparent fumble that was not ruled a fumble in the final minute of Saturday's 27-24 victory against the Indianapolis Colts in the AFC wild-card game. And the eye doctors at Fichte Endl and Elmer Eyecare thought it could help. "We are offering FREE LASIK to this NFL ref Alberto Riveron... in charge of video review at the Bills Game today ...... " a Facebook post after the game said and included a series of hashtags: #badcall #noway #GoBills #laskbuffalo #BILLSMAFIA4LIFE #BillsMafia #BillsNation #Buffalobills #buffalove #buffalonews. The post included a photo of Riveron from his days on the field. He is now the NFL senior vice president of officiating and is based in New York headquarters that handles video review. Four plays before Philip Rivers’ final pass was knocked out of the air by Bills safety Micah Hyde to secure the win, the Colts’ quarterback extended the game with a 17-yard completion to Zach Pascal on fourth-and-10. Pascal tumbled to the ground after making the catch, and appeared to get up before he was contacted by Bills safety Jordan Poyer. As linebacker Matt Milano converged on the play, Poyer ripped the ball away from Pascal, with cornerback Tre’Davious White jumping on the would-be fumble.
  7. Voted WR. The passing game is the first, second, and third most important aspect of any team. You need to get both ends of the connection dialed in, then start to look to other positions. Once you have a QB and WR to play catch, it's a good idea to eliminate your opponents ability to do the same thing. So I would rate shutdown CB as 3rd most important. Maybe then go to blind side OT to protect passer. Then finish off with elite pass rusher to get opponent's QB. That's the Top 5 most important positions. Promote the pass, stop the pass. Everything else is just filing in gaps.
  8. Congratulations to you my friend. Best post in the thread.
  9. That 79/21 split for KC vs. Cleveland seems about right. Our 65% chance sounds good to me. I'll take that.
  10. These 2 guys carried their teams on their backs to victory last weekend! And you wonder why people want to talk about them? They are 2 of the hottest 3 or 4 names in the league right now, and the league loves to promote its stars, as it should. A huge problem for the NHL is that their stars do not stand out nearly enough with how the game is played these days.
  11. I'd be shocked if he gets another HC job anywhere in the league. He's one of many ex-HCs who will be permanently demoted back to the coordinator level, where he belongs.
  12. That depends on whether or not Pederson's stock is higher than Daboll's. I think it's the other way around right now, which is fine with me. I'd love to get Pederson as OC if he can't swing a HC job, and we lose Daboll.
  13. Surprised by this; he had one of the more progressive, smart programs going and I would love to get him as an OC if we need one. I still say the natural fit for Daboll is with the Chargers, not the Eagles.
  14. No, I am not underestimating the Chiefs. I expect them to beat Cleveland by at least 2 touchdowns.
  15. As I mentioned like 20 hours ago in this thread, Al Michaels himself mentioned he and Collinsworth would be in Buffalo next Saturday night at least TWICE on air during the Pitt/Cleveland game, towards the end. They are coming. I'm greatly looking forward to Al, not so much Cris.
  16. But also Josh Allen and everyone else, for both teams. It's all he does. I thought Gruden was unlistenable on Monday nights. CC does the same thing.
  17. If Baltimore plays as they did yesterday, and we play (as a unit) as we did against Indy, we lose. Gotta step up!
  18. Al Michaels is the best play by play guy alive. Murph and Tasker are both terrible announcers.
  19. Don't think there was anything to that, no. He and Collinsworth will be doing our game Saturday night. He mentioned it several times during tonight's game. He isn't walking from Pittsburgh to Buffalo! He'll fly home tonight I'm sure and fly into Buffalo maybe Friday. I think the NBC guys like to get into town a day early and do interviews and what not.
  20. Al mentioned several times that he and Collinsworth will be doing our game on Saturday. I'll look forward to that. It's going to be a tough, intense affair!
  21. KC is going to destroy this Cleveland team.
  22. This first weekend of NFL playoff football is usually fairly terrible. There aren't enough really good teams to fill all these slots and you usually get mismatches.
  23. You mean like things turning chippy with fighting and what not?
  24. Right. To see "what you have in your backup." Yeah, I don't think so either.
