Greg Olsen visiting Bills, Redskins, Seahawks
ProcessTruster replied to FluffHead's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
nice point. If you sign Olsen, might as well go get Green as well, to go with the 9 drafted guys and all the youngsters in the locker room. With Zo and Gore probably both gone, need some guidance and maturity in the room. -
What would you rather have?

Greg Olsen visiting Bills, Redskins, Seahawks

well, so much for my logical, thoughful assumption he would go to to big media market. git er done. then Josh can throw the high hard one and Olsen will still catch it. -
Two Weeks Between Games is Too long

Bills had a really good team in 1982, i believe they were 5-1 when the strike happened. That could have been a very good year. Everything went to crap after that -
' cost synergies, primarily from the reduction of administrative expenses". that means a bunch of people in WNY get fired

yeah, history says Beane and McDermott just dont' roll that way, chasing 1 or 2 shiny objects. They will draft extremely well and pay their own guys. FAs will come, but they will be the 2nd tier guys unless they need to replace their own guys. thats the way it has to be in WNY. Guys like it once they get there, most just don't want to go there. outside opportunities in media and ads don't exist, etc. area has a crappy rep., etc. So you end up having to draft extremely efficiently and well, build a great locker room and training environment, then sign your own guys who by the end of their rookie deal want to be there. just my view.

Eli is retiring - news conf Friday
ProcessTruster replied to Reed83HOF's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I honestly don't think anyone cares at this point. Guy hasn't done squat in a long time. good but utterly uninspiring career, IMO. Boring to watch. I'm sure he's a great guy, etc. Have a good life EM. -
yep, just like Hogan and all the rest who got out during the bad bills days and got to franchises who could and did win the SB. hopefully Mc Beanes are creating that with the bills franchise so it starts working the other direction

So who is everyone rooting for tomorrow?
ProcessTruster replied to Steptide's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No real rooting interest at all, but since Chiefs and Packers would make the most entertaining Super Bowl. So yeah, going that way -
agree. great Job by Beane bringing him in and having him here when HorribleHarry went down. Good GM work. Let someone else pay him and good for him. yep. strong rotational 3rd down guy. but he wants to get paid like Aaron Donald. so that ain't happening. so they will part ways. I want horrible harry and Ed Oliver in the middle with Star anyway. all good

Will we pay Poyer or won't we?
ProcessTruster replied to transplantbillsfan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I would pay DBs before I paid LBs any day. Passing league. Any I would pay offense before I paid defense. Without great offense , you can't win anything. Anything that improves the pass or ability to stop the pass gets paid first. WRs, DBs , QBs, LT, Edge, all get paid first, IMHO. When they change the rules to limit the passing game , then my mind will change. -
good move. smart guy. made $56m? best years behind him. 3+ concussions? see ya later NFL.

Should season ticket holders protest?
ProcessTruster replied to Rocbillsfan1's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
yessir. these guys will be hungry next year. they were never getting past KC or Ravens, or Saints or Niners this year. but they'll have the horses next year IMO. all good. we are tremendously fortunate to have the organization the Bills now have. get yer popcorn. Process payin' off. -
"win the East " stay healthy and no reason why that is not entirely possible.
