  1. I had no idea Peyton Manning won the MVP 5 times. 😱 I usually hate moral victories, but Josh getting the MVP last year definitely eased the pain of losing a controversial game to the Chiefs.
  2. Yeah because he sure made a difference when the Bills played the Cowboys. A demon pass rusher, but just useless against the run. I would rather have a well-rounded elite player like TJ Watt or dare I say Joey Bosa (the league better take notice.)
  3. Why do people like you cherry pick your stats ? So you conveniently leave off the 2 time MVP the Bills beat TWICE ? Lmfao
  4. Mediocre teams don’t generally make the playoffs. Every team the Bills have beaten has double digit wins and more often than not earned their spot in the post-season. Why take that away from them? They play who they are supposed to play.
  5. The Safety or the WR ?
  6. I disagree. You can argue about who had more success between the Jack Kemp-led 60s AFL teams or the 90s teams, but the Bills franchise as a whole IMO was at the height of their popularity in the early 90s. That’s a fact. Any semi-serious football fan can name 5-6 players from the 90s squad. I doubt people could name more than 2 players from the 60s other than Jack Kemp and possibly Cookie Gilchrist or Pete Gogolak if you’re into the history of modern NFL kicking.
  7. They’re still better than those atrocious 2000s era ones. I call them the Trent Edwards uniforms. IDK why the Bills don’t bring back their most iconic jersey… the classic red & blue 90s version.
  8. I’m hoping Maxwell Hairston is the guy. Beane desperately needs one of these first round CBs to hit. The Bills defense also needs some real speed. At 4.28 I really wish he could be used on special teams.
  9. I feel like those AFL champions don’t get the proper credit they deserve. Especially when people say Buffalo doesn’t have any world championships in major sports. They also have the Bandits. Buffalo has a very rich sports history. Jack Kemp is a true champion and the Eli Manning of his day.
  10. Another great irony I’ve noticed is generally Chiefs fans are the opposing fans who give Allen the most respect. I think because they know just how hard it is to beat Josh Allen. Kind of how I feel about the Ravens. People give Lamar crap, but that was the hardest fought most physical game the Bills have had in quite some time. And it was Lamar’s team who ultimately let him down (sound familiar?)
  11. I get your argument but this an extreme exaggeration
  12. I am the biggest Josh Allen homer on the planet, but saying he is a better downfield passer than Mahomes is highly debatable. My only slight about Allen is his underwhelming deep ball % He HAS the power to sling it 70+ yards, but he uses his arm strength more so fitting the ball into tight windows. Mahomes on the other hand lost Tyreek Hill which certainly caused him to readjust his game. He is still better than Allen in that regard IMO Now I can list numerous things Josh is better at too…
  13. I mean they practice and travel with the team, do film work, etc. Some players on practice squad can be very important for simulating opposing players aka a scout team. Most importantly they are there to push the starters. On that note, I am excited to see what Shavers can do this year. I’m not sure if they get rings, but they should.
  14. I can’t find footage of the punt anywhere.
  15. Renfrow according to his peers (I watch a lot of football podcasts) is a nasty route runner. One of the best. Very surprising that he hasn’t made a team. You just know Bill Bellichick would’ve grabbed this guy to pair with Brady.
  16. Let’s dig up Kyle Williams and get him one too while we’re at it
  17. The opportunity to double dip for a possible 14 point swing (especially if you have a rough first half ) is too great. All these resources dumped into the defense, you almost have to defer.
  18. Ravens didn’t “lose because of the drop.” It would’ve tied it up. Buffalo still had a whole heap of time left to march down for the FG. And that is not out of the realm of possibility for MVP Josh Allen.
  19. Then you have fans like me who came of age at the start of the drought so my entire life as a Bills fan was misery up until McDermott.
  20. Draft position is such an overlooked detail. When you are consistently picking at the bottom of every round it is just mathematically harder to land better players. Not impossible, but there’s a reason why draft picks command such a high value.
  21. You do realize defensive lineman are on a rotation? I feel like AJE fills his role perfectly.
  22. Honestly should’ve been a slam dunk for the Bills as they have a tendency to give local players a chance. Khalil Mack was also another obvious choice Buffalo should’ve made, but I’m glad they didn’t as it would’ve messed up the path to Josh Allen.
  23. Yep. He took the kids to sunny downtown Buffalo to see crack heads in their natural habitat
  24. We heard this last year when the Bills lost Diggs and seemingly had no good WRs. The Bills and Allen always seem to figure it out. It’s just hard for me to worry about an offense that has been historically great for the past 5 years. I feel like great QBs are able to get it done with pretty much anyone remotely decent. Also, I am keeping a close eye on Shavers. Could he be our Marques Colston ?
  25. The Bills are really scrambling for a CB.
