What separates the Chiefs from every other team…
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to Bills Bud's topic in The Stadium Wall
That’s just not Allen’s personality to get in his team mate’s/coach faces. Personally, I don’t think it should be his job either. -
And the bar is set to near impossible standards for Josh Allen despite him putting up Madden numbers every season while also managing to win playoff games despite horrid defensive and coaching performances. His turnovers are an issue, but a way overblown one at that because he usually wins. Lamar wasn’t even the better runner this year. This whole situation stinks and the people who try to justify it sound nuts. Thankfully, the play on the field is what matters. The Ravens couldn’t even manage more than 14 points on a Chiefs team who was worn out from a hard fought road game in Buffalo. I like LJ, but he has way too many limitations to be on the same level as Allen who can literally do everything.

Tyrod Taylor 2015 - 3035 20/6 passing 568 rushing 4 TDs LJ - 3678 24/7 passing 821 rushing 5 TDs I wonder if a QB has ever won MVP w/ less than 30 total TDs? For the people who say it isn’t about stats, it certainly has been about them in previous seasons. Every teams QB is their most valuable player and Josh accounted for more total offense than LJ did.

Sexy Rexy interviewed for Cowboys DC position

IMO they should’ve promoted Schwartz to HC at the time. He had that defense firing on all cylinders . -
Sexy Rexy interviewed for Cowboys DC position

Good for him. I think I am one of the 7 Bills fans that is a fan of Rex Ryan. I just think he was a bad fit in Buffalo. -
lol I know this board is bias for obvious reasons, but come on. Mahomes is great, but he’s going to need at least another decade of stellar play plus a few more titles to be in the Brady category. Brady also beat Mahomes head up in the AFC championship and Super Bowl. If he were to retire today he would be closer to the Brett Favre tier. I think he is well on his way to the GOAT conversation, but still lacks the longevity and the rings. The AFCW is not going to be a cakewalk anymore either w/ Harbaugh there now. The conference as a whole is absolutely loaded now w/ good QBs too. I don’t think Chiefs are going to be a dynasty like everyone thinks. I am really interested to see how their offense looks without Travis Kelce.

Best and Worst QB in Each Team's History
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to Rubes's topic in The Stadium Wall
I know there are much worse QBs statistically, but I can’t believe nobody mentioned Rob Johnson. Peterman was a 5th round pick without many expectations to begin with. The amount of resources to get RJ along w/ his terrible robotic play and the Flutie benching make him the most disappointing QB in Bills history. I’ll stand by that opinion until the day I die. -
Allen, the Super Bowl "window," and the KC hurdle
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to T.E.'s topic in The Stadium Wall
As long as Allen is healthy, the SB window will always be open. The main problem is the defense and the unlucky injuries to star players. I believe the planets will align one of these years and the Bills will win one. McDermott coaching also needs to improve. -
Allen is twice the QB Lamar is and that’s an absolute fact. Watch the tape or just look at the stat lines. He also doesn’t go one & done in the playoffs every year. The MVP award is a joke. I hate to say it, but if Lamar put up Allen’s numbers and Allen put up Lamar’s numbers plus winning the MVP, the media/fans would be livid.

This play is what really shows off Allen’s arm strength. More so than the 70 yard bombs.

So what? Dude is 53 and is loaded enough to have his own personal driver. It’s his THIRD dui which is a felony (which I’m sure will be swept under he rug due to his family name.) You’ll understand if you ever lose a close friend or family due to drunk driving. Patrick Mahome’s whole trashy family should be shipped away to a deserted island somewhere.

His role in Predator was underrated

Should the Bills trade up for their own “Julio Jones”
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to DJB's topic in The Stadium Wall
I never said he did. I just said Beane needs to be smart unlike his predecessor and stay put. -
Should the Bills trade up for their own “Julio Jones”
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to DJB's topic in The Stadium Wall
No way. This draft is super deep at WR. Remember when we moved up for Sammy Watkins in 2014? OBJ, Mike Evans, and Brandin Cooks were all on the board in the 1st. In the 2nd & 3rd Davante Adams, Jarvis Landry, and John Brown were all available as well. It would be insanely stupid to waste valuable draft capital in a WR class like this. Beane just needs to be smart and find the right ones.- 206 replies

The Bills' abject lack of a deep middle passing game
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to dave mcbride's topic in The Stadium Wall
Things are definitely looking up w/ all these players going into their 2nd year starting (Bernard, Kincaid, Torrence.) The first thing that jumped out to me on Kincaid’s college tape was his smoothness as well (and hands.) He seems to almost glide. He only ran a 4.71 40 time, but has that cliche football speed along w/ the intelligence needed to find the soft spots in the zone. The only thing I worry about is his lack of threat in the end zone. Brady transformed the run game and turned Cook into a top 5 RB. I hope he does the same w/ the TE’s. Maybe take some pages out of New Englands old playbook on how to utilize 2 TE sets. Let’s just hope Knox doesn’t go on a killing spree. -

Give him time. Kincaid is going to have a monster season next year. -
Leonard Floyd or Daquan needs to be resigned. Preferably Floyd who doesn’t seem to have slowed down despite his age, although he kind of disappeared in the post-season. I’ll be happy to retain either one. I feel like people are giving up too fast on Rousseau like they did Ed Oliver.

His brother is doing all of the talking for him -
Something similar happened to me kind of. I got kicked out a New Year’s Eve party bc I was completely hammered and stupidly starting fights (why I just smoke weed now for the most part.) I started walking down the street and I guess I fell out in a pile of snow on the side of the road. Woke up in a bed in a house at a completely different party and so cold I couldn’t feel any extremities. Thankfully there are still good people in this world because it must’ve been 15 degrees out and I surely could’ve froze to death too. I definitely feel sympathy for the people. Although I was a teenager when this happened, not in my late 30s. Better than the Ocean Gate submarine

Jim Harbaugh getting 80M over 5 years from Chargers
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to Gregg's topic in The Stadium Wall
Coach is 2nd in important behind QB. IMO the top tier coaches should be paid even more. Harbaugh is a proven commodity and he’s going to turn Herbert into a star and get that defense going. An enemy of my enemy is a friend.
