When healthy: we were the best team in the league.
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to Success's topic in The Stadium Wall
Exactly. How many “superstars” did New England have all those years ? Randy Moss of course and Vince Wilfork. Wes Welker if you count slot receiver as its own position. I’d rather have a team loaded w/ very good players and a couple elite ones at important positions like QB/DT/WR. -

You’d have to think that Milano, Bernard, etc would’ve ultimately made the different in a 3 point game against KC. -
Bills should sign Blaine Gabbert as backup QB
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to Buffalo_Stampede's topic in The Stadium Wall
More because of the fact that it throws off the opposing defense. If a totally different guy comes off the bench, their game plan goes out the window and they need to adjust on the fly. I guess it all depends on the circumstance. If it’s for an extended period of time then I’d rather have a back up w/ a similar skill set. -
How clutch was Josh in 2023? No other QB even came close
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to DJB's topic in The Stadium Wall
Exactly. It’s a team sport. Put Allen on the 49ers and he would have a couple rings by now. Beane needs to give him weapons -
My Rankings of Alabama Draft Eligibles.....
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to Bill from NYC's topic in The Stadium Wall
I hope the Bills draft Kool Aid just based on his nick name. That’s gotta be the best one yet. Where in NYC are u from ? -

I might be alone in this, but I’d rather have a completely different style backup than Josh. Joe Flacco would be ideal. -
How did we not win a superbowl?
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to Awwufelloff's topic in The Stadium Wall
I hate to say it, but I think the Bills win it all the year Mahomes has a season ending injury. -
What the heck is a goofball ?
-
I wouldn’t hate it actually. Look what he’s done with a 7th round QB and also led Jimmy Garrapollo to a SB. The skill players on that team are amazing as well. I could only imagine what he could do with an elite QB like JA. Still I’m not ready to give up on McDermott. I feel like I’m in an abusive relationship

What is your unpopular Bills opinion?
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to Mikie2times's topic in The Stadium Wall
Stefon Diggs needs to go and is a cancer to the locker room. He was a great receiver, but I feel like Allen feels obligated to get him the ball to keep him happy. I used to think it was because he was competitive, but now I think he’s an immature baby. The tweets from his brother solidified that. Take whatever cap hit there is and get rid of him. Get rid of Davis as well. Run the offense through Kincaid, a veteran WR from free agency, and a first round rookie. Spread the ball out more. Diggs just isn’t good enough anymore for the Bills having to put up with him. Allen turned him into a top 5 WR and I think he should be a little more thankful. -
Allen needs to mentally overpower Mahomes
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to Thrivefourfive's topic in The Stadium Wall
We all saw Mahomes true nature after the Kadarius Toney incident trying to go after a ref. He is every bit worse than Tom Brady and just as unlikeable. Meanwhile, Josh Allen loses w/ dignity and is a great person on & off the field. One of my favorite clips… -
I’d rather roll the dice on a promising rookie. Idk why these lucrative back up spots go to proven trash Penix always rises to the occasion

What separates the Chiefs from every other team…
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to Bills Bud's topic in The Stadium Wall
That’s just not Allen’s personality to get in his team mate’s/coach faces. Personally, I don’t think it should be his job either. -
And the bar is set to near impossible standards for Josh Allen despite him putting up Madden numbers every season while also managing to win playoff games despite horrid defensive and coaching performances. His turnovers are an issue, but a way overblown one at that because he usually wins. Lamar wasn’t even the better runner this year. This whole situation stinks and the people who try to justify it sound nuts. Thankfully, the play on the field is what matters. The Ravens couldn’t even manage more than 14 points on a Chiefs team who was worn out from a hard fought road game in Buffalo. I like LJ, but he has way too many limitations to be on the same level as Allen who can literally do everything.

Tyrod Taylor 2015 - 3035 20/6 passing 568 rushing 4 TDs LJ - 3678 24/7 passing 821 rushing 5 TDs I wonder if a QB has ever won MVP w/ less than 30 total TDs? For the people who say it isn’t about stats, it certainly has been about them in previous seasons. Every teams QB is their most valuable player and Josh accounted for more total offense than LJ did.

Sexy Rexy interviewed for Cowboys DC position
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
IMO they should’ve promoted Schwartz to HC at the time. He had that defense firing on all cylinders . -

Good for him. I think I am one of the 7 Bills fans that is a fan of Rex Ryan. I just think he was a bad fit in Buffalo. -
lol I know this board is bias for obvious reasons, but come on. Mahomes is great, but he’s going to need at least another decade of stellar play plus a few more titles to be in the Brady category. Brady also beat Mahomes head up in the AFC championship and Super Bowl. If he were to retire today he would be closer to the Brett Favre tier. I think he is well on his way to the GOAT conversation, but still lacks the longevity and the rings. The AFCW is not going to be a cakewalk anymore either w/ Harbaugh there now. The conference as a whole is absolutely loaded now w/ good QBs too. I don’t think Chiefs are going to be a dynasty like everyone thinks. I am really interested to see how their offense looks without Travis Kelce.

Best and Worst QB in Each Team's History
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to Rubes's topic in The Stadium Wall
I know there are much worse QBs statistically, but I can’t believe nobody mentioned Rob Johnson. Peterman was a 5th round pick without many expectations to begin with. The amount of resources to get RJ along w/ his terrible robotic play and the Flutie benching make him the most disappointing QB in Bills history. I’ll stand by that opinion until the day I die. -
Allen, the Super Bowl "window," and the KC hurdle
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to T.E.'s topic in The Stadium Wall
As long as Allen is healthy, the SB window will always be open. The main problem is the defense and the unlucky injuries to star players. I believe the planets will align one of these years and the Bills will win one. McDermott coaching also needs to improve. -
Allen is twice the QB Lamar is and that’s an absolute fact. Watch the tape or just look at the stat lines. He also doesn’t go one & done in the playoffs every year. The MVP award is a joke. I hate to say it, but if Lamar put up Allen’s numbers and Allen put up Lamar’s numbers plus winning the MVP, the media/fans would be livid.

This play is what really shows off Allen’s arm strength. More so than the 70 yard bombs.
