  1. Conclusion: McDermott is best suited to being a Defensive Coordinator.
  2. Did Dawkins provide any update on his hamstring during his interview? (at work, can't watch) ... TBD is fine of course though 😄 Thanks.
  3. "Man up and grow a pair you big babies. We're still 3-1.", says Sir Andrew Barton
  4. 😃 I hear you... but at least Nix through those 5 passes to his own guys.
  5. No, but it doesn't matter because you see everyone eats... Sorry, wrong thread! 😄
  6. What's the story on Van Demark? Is he carrying a slight injury or has Grable simply overtaken him on the depth chart?
  7. I'd really love to hate that London game, but ... it's the only Bills game I've ever been to so I'm conflicted! 😃
  8. I like to watch the games alone and always have done. I like to lock in on the game and don't get involved in social media interactions (or even TSW game day threads) during the game, at least until late in the 4th quarter when the game is in hand. Well that was always the way until late last season and so far this season when my 16 year old son has started watching games with me which has been really cool. Glad to say he is all in on the Bills and we enjoy the experience together.
  9. Nice to see neither Smoot or Solomon limited.
  10. Well section122 just busted that narrative in the past couple of days.
  11. I think McDermott is more aggressive than most give him credit for. The cautious nature of 4th down decision making in this game (linked below) hangs over him I think. First game that came to kind for me when reading this thread. https://www.sportingnews.com/us/nfl/news/bills-sean-mcdermott-field-goal/l1j3k25bn9h1swiudy3o30yw
  12. When you live 3,300 miles away and you don't really mind all the local sport teams that you support losing on a Saturday... Because that might just mean (using non existent logic) that the team you love has a slightly better chance of winning on the Sunday.
  13. As was mentioned earlier... It seems Bass attempts around 6 field goals on average per training session. Is that normal? That seems much lower than I would expect an NFL kicker to be practising his most important function. Why not drill 20 or 30 kicks a session? Is he practicing kick off placement 70% of the time or something? Whatever his routine, it needs changing up. EDIT: Joe Marino's latest podcast answered my question above... The 6 attempts we hear about every day are only those attempted in team drills. Whereas he will kick lots more during individual drills which we don't hear as much about. Which makes sense.
  14. Yes I could get behind the Newcastle comparison... Newcastle are also known for their wonderful fan base, similar to the Bills.
  15. More problems at CB for the Vikings... https://www.miamiherald.com/sports/nfl/article290408174.html
  16. Thanks, a good listen. Interesting that he had Edefuan Ulofoshio as his LB3 in the draft, thinks we got a steal there.
  17. This could mean 1 of 2 things... 1. Rasul Douglas has recently employed a Mr. S Diggs to handle all of his social media correspondence and we have a significant problem on our hands. Or 2. His post has absolutely no relevance to the Bills and/or his contract situation. I haven't started drinking as yet today and firmly in the option 2 camp as things stand.
  18. That shoe closet would look pretty bare once I put all 3 pairs that I own in it.
  19. Now you're just making sh1t up! 😄
  20. Yip, the team literally rests on his shoulders. Definitely the best draft signing name fun since...
  21. Don't dare try to tell me I haven't put in the work on this draft class. I did not 1 but 2 mock drafts online last week and picked guys I'd never heard of because their name sounded cool. I know my sh1t. 😄
  22. Thanks OP. I listened to the episode earlier (audio only) so it's good to actually see the board 👍
  23. The Bills have signed veteran offensive lineman La'el Collins to a one-year deal with a cap hit of $1,580,000. We now have more details about those contract terms thanks to Over The Cap. https://overthecap.com/player/lael-collins/4105 This is simply a one year deal for $1.58 mllion, with $1.21 million guaranteed and a $290,000 signing bonus. There are up to $5M in incentives that will only apply to the 2025 salary cap (not the 2024 cap) if Collins achieves specific starts, snap counts & games played milestones. 24. Dalmar Halmin
  25. This makes a nice change from the usual dynamic on this show that I see, which is Florio talking for a few minutes making a point, then Simms opening with "you're absolutely right Mike, you said it perfectly..." then clumsily regurgitating Florio's arguement. I can barely watch that show due to that constantly happening. Good to see Simms have an opposing arguement for a change and be passionate about defending it.
