    Completely agree with you but there is a difference with the NY City stadiums compared to WNY. They can get the numbers to be more palatable by assessing a tourist tax on hotels, etc. Don’t have that luxury here unless they make the tax more widespread around the State.

    This is a federal bill right? Has nothing to do with State and local incentives. Seems like this is more symbolic and is not applicable to the Bills situation.

    Touchback made the most sense. You have to trust your professional, highly trained defensive players and coaches to make a stop with 13 seconds left. Big ask I know.
