These teams always show up against KC with half a team. D does its job, O sucks. Or vice versa. Can't waste opportunities on O when you force a punt on Mahomes.
Detroit was 5th in scoring last year (26.6 ppg)...not saying they are going to win a shootout but, they can score at times. KC's defense without Jones is a different animal and can be scored on. And without Kelce (if he doesn't play) that is a significant loss for them. Again, who the hell knows what happens, but it could be a good game (or a KC blow out lol)
Just read (https://texanswire.usatoday.com/lists/texans-cut-christian-kirksey-3-reasons/) last year was the first time he played a full season since 2017 (I guess injury issues in the past) and didn't realize he's 30. He is probably better than any of our current options at MLB.
I'd still rather have the turnovers with his positive production any day (obviously want to cut down on turnovers, but I think it's all part of it with him).
