  1. Right… you pointed out his single worst game all year and I pointed out his single best. Where did he go the rest of the season? 3rd in scoring in the NFL. Not sure I understand the Singletary point at the end there… just more of your erratic nonsensical posting?
  2. What about the Chiefs game on the road at Arrowhead? What did Dorsey do there? I can single out individual instances too!!! Because you don’t provide anything of substance. You call someone “a bum” with nothing else unique included. That’s not contributing to any sort of conversation…
  3. Oh boy!! Start the Merry-Go-Round up! The reply will go a little something like this! SUNY: “Neither. It’s because Josh Allen has to constantly step up and make something out of absolutely nothing. He has no talent outside of Diggs and no help from Dorsey.” ROYALE: “Wait, so you’re saying Josh Allen has to carry his offense with subpar skill players and play calling? That means he’s at a disadvantage to Mahomes and it can be argued Allen is asked to do more and possibly even better.” SUNY: “That’s not what I said. Mahomes is just a better QB. Talent and playing calling don’t matter at all!”
  4. I agree with the rest of your post, but this leaves out context. We didn’t have the ability to acquire Hopkins for a 2nd rounder. Bill O’Brien wouldn’t trade him in the AFC and was notorious for making head scratching moves during his time as the main decision maker. It was agreed on as a clear loss by the Texans at the time and there’s no doubt the league saw it that way as well. Nobody was using Bill O’Briens’ haphazard decision making as a blueprint. Earlier this week, NFL executives slammed O'Brien and Texans for the move in a scathing piece in The Athletic. “It is amazing in the NFL that some trades are so lopsided still,” an executive said, according to The Athletic's Mike Sando. “The Hopkins thing was a joke. How the David Johnson contract was included in the deal just astounds me.”
  5. If we had a dome, he would do his job more effectively. There was no criticism. You just made a smart ass remark weeks after he signed two veteran UFA post-draft?
  6. Yeah they had a great draft, they had 4 top 40 picks and 2 top 10 picks. They seem to have hit on them, that’s what you want. That comment about Jermaine Johnson and Greg Rousseau is wrong though. I don’t know where you got that information. Johnson OVERALL/RUN/PASS/SNAPS 71.7/68.7/64.6/309 Rousseau OVERALL/RUN/PASS/SNAPS 83.6/67.9/82.7/450
  7. They should be able to keep something like: 3 RB 1 FB 2 TE 7 WR That’s usually the total number of skill guys they keep - except it’s typically been 4 RB. Only Taiwan Jones was a RB in name only. Cook/Harris/Hines Gilliam Knox/Kincaid Diggs/Hopkins/Davis/Harty/Shakir/Sherfield/Shorter Gilliam/Hines/Shorter/Sherfield will all play ST mixed with Matakevich/Dodson/Neal/Bernard and whatever backup DB they put in there.
  8. I mean we're not a crappy 4-12 team drafting starters. We're the 2nd winningest team in the NFL since 2018 drafting various starters for our team - what do you think Hodgins was for the NYG who had no WR? He was a waiver claim that an overachieving team claimed towards the back of waivers because their starters were poor. That was the narrative going into last year as well... and then we played a Top 10 SOS and went 13-3.
  9. Yes, but then Taron Johnson sealed the game with an interception of Mahomes… with 13 seconds left on the clock.
  10. Yeah, plenty enter with no diploma after 3 or 4 years, maybe 5? Not 7. I know they’re not there to play school, they’re forced to go this way if they want to make it to the NFL. It’s more so that he was there for 175% of the prescribed time to be in college and didn’t have enough credits to graduate? Not really a slight on Bennett, just odd circumstances. I never considered anything a red flag - I specifically said it was odd.
  11. Did they go to college for 7 years and not receive a diploma? I don’t think anyone is saying he needs a degree to have success in life, it’s just the fact that 7 years while remaining eligible to play and no degree is a little odd.
  12. It doesn’t prove anything - it’s not a fact. It’s one singular instance of a really good offensive coach with a really good QB. Conceptual misunderstanding.
  13. How do you know it’s his? Creep.
  14. Need to keep the boards clean of this Filth. - Your Friendly Neighborhood JGMcD2
  15. I’m just thinking back to the 2018 draft… we had a deal in place with Denver for Pick #5 so we could draft Josh Allen. Elway said he’d make the deal as long as his guy wasn’t on the board (Bradley Chubb). I believe we were giving up #12 and #22 to move up to 5. Pick 5 was worth 1700 points. Pick 12 and 22 were worth 1980. We ended up giving (12, 53 and 56) which came out to 1910 for pick 7 which was 1500. It was a difference of two slots (5 to 7) - it just seems like Elway played a little more hardball with us than the Buccaneers. I’m sure Tampa could’ve forced our hand for the other RD1 pick if the sent something back considering the value we gave up was about the same. That extra RD1 was important to us at the time… but obviously they would move it to get a QB. Could be a conference thing? Might be reading too much into it, might not be.
  16. I hope this is sarcasm. Otherwise, it's an incredibly ignorant statement.
  17. Age is a factor. They’re the same age… Burrow was a rookie at 24 and Josh was a rookie at 22. Their development has been entirely different. Burrow was at all of the elite passing camps, went to a Big Ten School and ultimately played in the SEC… he had time to work out some of the kinks before he got to the NFL. He had about 300 more passing attempts in college than Josh did… that’s equivalent to another full season for Josh in college.
  18. Yes, his right MCL was surgically repaired. Read that he tried to avoid it but ultimately opted for surgery. Surgery was the week of October 4th, 2022. I believe he broke his left fibula, which means his major injuries have been to different legs.
  19. Per PFF he played 192 snaps at LG and 4 snaps at RG with Washington in 2018. Otherwise, he's played center exclusively in the NFL. Also, per PFF, he played 1,601 snaps at LG and 52 snaps at RG across 2014 and 2015 at Wyoming. He played center exclusively in 2016 before being drafted. Seems to line up with what @Udubalum07says below! The durability point is something I'm glad to hear more of. He was seen as EXTREMELY durable in the NFL before these past two seasons - I don't worry much about the broken leg because it's hard to control that. The MCL tear is concerning... but not enough to completely scare me away. Knowing how much McBeane seem to value the center position (Signing Morse for Josh Allen, Bates not being allowed to play G for awhile because he was the backup center) I'd kick the tires on this. Josh loves his boys and I remember seeing him pumped up on social media after Roullier got his big extension. Health permitting, I think this could be a shrewd move for the future and a hedge against Morse's concussion history.
  20. The Commanders released Chase Roullier today with a post-June 1 designation. He was Allen’s teammate at Wyoming and went in the 7th round in 2017. He played well enough to receive 4/$40.5M extension prior to the 2021 season. He fractured his fibula in 2021 and tore his MCL in 2022, which seems to be the reason behind his release - they weren’t comfortable with $12M cap hits the next two seasons after he only played 10 games in 2021/2022. Prior to 2021 he started 46/46 games and was seen as pretty durable.
  21. It’s a way more collaborative process than people realize.
