  1. Only if he comes back as the Head Coach. Dabol + Leslie got us to the moment right before Sean blew :13 seconds and the following two seasons by handing the O over to Dorsey. I would be thrilled to get the both back to give Josh his best chance at a SB.
  2. I wonder if Salah's firing influenced this trade. McBean seemed content going into this season with trash receivers. Maybe Salah was a wakeup call. Sean should be feeling the heat after wasting the last 3 years of Josh's prime.
  3. McDermott. He mettled with special teams and took over play calling from Leslie. Total disaster. Should have been fired on the spot. Had Daboll been promoted to HC with Leslie coordinating the D, we'd have maybe 1-2 Super Bowl appearances to show for it. Instead, he promoted a rookie OC to take over Josh/Diggs in their prime. Disaster #2. I don't think he has any leverage left at this point to fire Brady or Babich if either fails.
  4. If Sean follows up the last week's disaster with a loss to an interim coach, look out.
  5. Had Terry fired Sean after :13 like he should have and kept Daboll from the Giants along with Leslie, we'd have 1-2 Super Bowl rings right now.
  6. No, he's too heavily influenced by Sean.
  7. Maybe the rookie DC is in over his head just like rookie OC Sean trusted at the height of the Josh/Diggs era.
  8. Man we had it so good in the 2020-21 Daboll/Frazier era. Looking back it's hard to believe we didn't even get to the Super Bowl. Sean better now blow this again.
  9. Whatever he whispered to Kaiir Elam didn't work. Crazy people forget that Leslie and John Butler developed Benford.
  10. It's a crime that he doesn't have 1-2 Lombardi's already. Hopefully, he gets one this year. And next. And the one after that.
  11. How many coordinators can one head coach get rid of before we realize the problem is the head coach?
  12. I like the jersey but the jersey/helmet combo is not good.
  13. Are we really giving McDermott ALL the credit and leaving out top-ranked DC Leslie Frazier, a Super Bowl winning CB, and his crew of Bobby Babbich, John Butler, and Jim Salgado, etc who easily have over 100 years of coaching experience between them? The Bills' defensive DVOA actually dropped to 12th under Sean in 2023 compared to 2nd in 2022 and 1st in 2023 under Leslie.
  14. The Chiefs rebuilding year resulted in a Super Bowl victory. There are no free passes for Sean.
  15. Josh will be 30 then. Cam hit the wall at 32-33. Anyone who thinks Josh will last until 40 is dreaming with the physical style he plays.
  16. Simple....Rookie Offensive Coordinator only scored 10 points + Hamlin fatigue. Boys were emotionally spent.
  17. A question was asked. I answered it. Looks like you clicked on the wrong thread if you didn't want to hear the answers, as old and obvious as they may be.
  18. The answer is so obvious it's almost like we didn't need a thread.
  19. Because Sean blew :13's and wasted the next 2 seasons on a rookie OC. Now we're in a reset year with no WRs, a ton of dead cap, and Josh Allen will be 30 before you know it.
  20. Injuries aside, the whole season, and likely Sean's long term employment, depends on Joe Brady. Sean should not be given the luxury of firing another OC. The Dorsey hire wasted 2 years of Allen/Diggs prime.
  21. This is embarrassing. Absolutely no excuse for walking into this season with our current crop of WRs... total fail in Josh's prime.
  22. Sean McDermott started Nate Peterman over Tyrod Taylor and Josh Allen. No wonder he passed on Mahomes. He's a terrible QB evaluator. Thank god for Bean.
  23. Was that the same year that Sean's poor decision making blew the team's chances? Or the other year Sean's poor decision making blew the team's chances?
  24. After Sean's :13 blunder, followed by the mistake of giving a rookie OC the keys to the Allen/Diggs show, who could blame him?
