  1. Not even close. Need at least 10 more threads and 300 pages!!🤣
  2. Are you watching our mock draft?LOL. We have a lot of people involved and our picks so far are NOT that good...😱. I like a lot of the ones in this thread better..😁
  3. My question would be, do you want Doyle to take over at Tackle? I wanted to try it last season (against others thoughts) and then when we did, I realized what a bad choice it was. He was not ready and I was wrong. If anything as we sit today, if someone had to take over for Morse, I think they would move Bates to center and the Ford to G. You'd still have Mancz as a backup. But if we were to lose a tackle for some reason, we really don't have anything available in my opinion. Ford MIGHT get us by for a game or so at RT, but heaven forbid we had to put him at LT.😱
  4. I was actually thinking with the extension of Morse and re-signing of Bates they might have shifted their thoughts to a Guard with Tackle flex instead of C/G.🤔
  5. Gotta get in front of Seattle for Carson Strong...😉😂😂
  6. As of today, I'll go with: Logan Bruss OG Darrian Beavers LB
  7. Ouch. I am all for a little day drinking, but just say no to drugs (at least the hard ones).😉.
  8. I was all over Austin as well as Moore early, but then we re-signed Lil' Dirty. Don't get me wrong still love Austin, but dropped him off my board as I thought for the draft capital, it wasn't as much of a priority. Now I'm looking for a bigger WR with some speed. Love Watson as well, just a little too rich for me in the 1st as some are projecting.🤔
  9. As it sits now, and looking at several boards, I think it will be close. In my dream world, we would trade back a few spots in the 1st (depending on who's available of course) and pick up a 3rd or 4th. Maybe even with KC for 29 or 30. Grab Gordon and then use the extra 3rd/4th to move up in the 2nd and get Pierce (Saints at 49?). Heck, I'd be willing to give next years 3/4th to make it happen. Picture Diggs, Davis, McKenzie/Crowder and Pierce as 4 wide and Knox on top of that? Hey, one can dream, right? 😁
  10. Didn't Gilmore have a large signing bonus? Think that may be a factor in what he shows as being paid last year. Spotrac has him at $14.1m aav (2@28) if I am reading it correctly?
  11. LOL. Don't have a dog in this fight, but thought it was funny to use that to support an argument for a top 10 pick.😁
  12. Damn... When I get choices like this in my mocks, I press the restart button!!!🤬🤣🤣🤣
  13. I would add a LB, TE and another OL to your list. Maybe a 2nd CB/DB if we don't add a FA corner.
  14. Sorry, but I didn't think about mentioning Alstott. Would be nice to have a 1,2 punch like Dunn and Alstott but doubt we'll be able to find our Dunn. PS. Don't feel old.😉
  15. TDN. 25. K. Gordon CB Washington 57. A. Pierce WR Cincinnati 89. Troy Anderson LB Montana State 130. R. White RB Arizona State 168. A. Barno Edge V-Tech 185. C. May's IOL Tennessee 203. D. Bellinger TE SD State 231. N. Ford IOL Utah
  16. I like Strange too. But back to football.😉 I hear more people talk about being older and less finished, but I think this year we may need to change our thinking a little. There are a lot of draft prospects from what I can tell took the opportunity of the extra year of eligibility, plus with Covid shortened seasons It may have impacted growth a little. Could a NFL coaching staff speed up that growth? Say in 1 year instead of 2? A lot of people talk about how young Edmunds is/was, maybe it's not a bad thing for a guy to be a little older. To add to that, players seem to be playing a little longer than they have in the past, so you could still have him for 10+ years.. Just some of my thoughts.🤔
  17. Even when Tre returns, we still need a CB. The way I am looking at it, Tre will not be 100% himself this year regardless of when he starts. For this year I am looking at it as Tre being #2 seeing he will not be 100%. So draft a #1 this year, use Tre as #2 and Jackson as #3. When/if Tre returns to 100% what's the problem with having 2 top corners? Especially when you look at the WR's we are going to face. Not saying we have to trade up or even take a CB at 25, but we better get someone that can play as a 1B CB until Tre is 100%.
  18. I'm with ya. Although I keep going back and forth with Watson and Pierce as well as Moore and Austin. Decisions, Decisions, sometimes it makes my brain hurt...😂
  19. Wonder if they would put Safford on the right side next to Brown... More experienced G next to a 2nd year T. Dawkins next to less experienced Bates. Bates next to Brown doesn't thrill me. Our 2 least experienced O lineman next to eachother on one side...Don't like that. Especially with Allen doing his thing best going to the right. Bates played well on the left. Why move him? Pro Bowler next to Bates (Dawkins) pro bowler next to Brown (Safford). Would seem to be better balance in my opinion. 🤔
