  1. It is the Jets - they are as classy as a subway bathroom
  2. I love science because of quotes in stories like this. 'Anyone who took high school physics class knows that affecting an object the size of Uranus would take an incredible amount of energy.' ?
  3. As mentioned earlier, we seem to be moving on to Phillips Though the Williams mentioned before are aok with me.
  4. we'd be lucky to get Forrest Gump back. heck I'd take Gump, at least he could return kicks
  5. Wishful thinking. More of a year too late and a dollar poorly spent. The argument I make is we need young wheels at RB.
  6. I counted 4 passes hitting WRs and TEs in the hands that should have been caught. 2 were potential TDs. Allen can't throw and catch the passes too. On one pick the WR did nothing to fight for the ball. I like JA. He needs OL and WR/TE help. Foster has been a nice story. Zay is improving slightly, he may be one of those year 3 WRs. (Most WRs take 2-3 years to develop with a good Qb and system), but neither are studs. JA has it. Losman, Edwards, EJ, Peterman did not. A full offseason with Zay and Foster as 2 of 3 WRs should help with reads, timing etc. Need a running game and help at OL. A wildcard at WR like a crafty vet like Tate might help a lot.
  7. you don't go into a season with 2 30+ year old backs and an OL that loses 2 starters and expect a solid running game. Then again you don't remove all vet QB presence, rely on Nate Peterman as starter and expect to groom a first year WR with no vet Qbs to learn from, no WRs and a terrible OL. This is how many RBs drop off. I am a Shady fan, I like the guy. He needs a better supporting cast. I'd try to find a playoff level team needing a good RB and do the right thing by Shady next year.
  8. team needs new wheels at RB. Get a mid level Draft pick, and a good producer at a smaller college in UDFA. RB in FA looks ok too. Bell (no), Hunt (?), Ware all available. need young legs and better run blocking.
  9. ???? Milano at SAM, Edmunds at WILL, new guy at MLB. Lorax rotates in when pass rush is needed. Lorax only has a year or two left. He should not be an every down LB at this point of his career.
  10. no, Milano is a converted Safety. He and Edmunds outside with a Slobber Knocker at MLB is a possibility. That would allow Lorax to be used situationally.
  11. I think McBeane understand that better now. And a vet presence or two for a rookie/ 2nd year QB. Barkley and DA are good for this.
  12. Had no idea there was as much of a Bills fan presence in Philly/ SNJ/ Del I remember wearing Bills gear during the Edwards/ Losman days. Even rough Philadelphia fans would do a double take. One even told me he usually bashes guys wearing out of town jerseys in Philly, but it must be real love to wear Bills colors.
  13. I think most these guys are, but since the switch to FM the signal doesn't seem to quite carry as far regionally. Looks like Joe lives near my friend in the Berlin/ Vorhees area. I couldn't pick up 94 that well.
  14. Didinger was great and Glen McNow. Glen was raised in Buffalo and would mention the Bills and Sabres from time to time, but 2000-2010 were pretty dark days for Buffalo Sports teams.
  15. I'm guessing Angelo Cataldi with Rhea and the crew doing the morning show, Wing Bowls and Miss WIP. Al Morganti was also on, but Angelo was the ring leader. Eskin calling his callers dopes, nitwits and morons. If a woman called he would ask why she was out of the kitchen and what they were making for dinner. Liked Jody Mac for some sanity. Big Daddy Graham overnight. Good times in Philly. Late 90's to early 2000's were a fun time to be there.
