  1. With KB and Andre Holmes gone. Who else thinks Zay Jones gets fed this week? Was last week a turning point or aberration? Thompson and Foster are deep threats. Cork it up and let them fly. Zay Jones is now the clear cut intermediate guy. I hope we go deep early and often, but what is your thought on Zay Jones? +/- 10 targets? +/- first 100 yd game? I am leaning to yes on first 100 yd game, and 10 targets. Fantasy Related: I lost AJ Green and Sanders to IR the last two weeks, I picked up Zay Jones. Hoping for a miracle, the cuts give me hope. I want to think Allen and Jones are getting 'in sync'
  2. can't have Benjamin's 'work ethic' around with a rebuild. I do like that this regime cuts low effort guys. Dareus cut mid season last year, Benjamin (with ties to Carolina) cut 75% of the way through this year. To address MD they went FA (Star L), rookie (H Phillips) and a waiver wire claim (Jordan Phillips). DT fixed. I expect the same effort next year with WR.
  3. At least he ran fast, got separation and dove for it. More than we can say for the bums just cut. With a full off season, the timing will improve.
  4. Holmes got picked up before Benjamin. Even with AJ Green and now Emmanuel Sanders going on IR.....
  5. some of these looked great. Others needed just a little tweak.
  6. rumor is they tried to show him the door in past weeks but he dropped the hint.
  7. what I like seeing is using the season as a lab. See what you have. Teller, Ike, Searles, Bodine, Groy. Maybe you discover a gem or contributor for the future (Croom/ Foster/ Teller?) and where you still need big help.
  8. Zay, Foster, Thompson, McKenzie, the blind guy on the street corner, the olympian with paperclips for legs. Remember that post of mine you deleted in the preseason where I called for this? I was mean and called all these ageing avg and subpar WRs bums. Now they have all been cut. I guess OBD finally figured it out. You don't run out old washed up WRs with a new QB.
  9. look at Allen's lower leg toward the end of the play Foster is fast.... hope he stays on next year as a developmental burner, and has the off season to get in rhythm with Josh taking the majority of the snaps.
  10. a beautiful melt down in a way only the Jets can do it. Up 13 on the road multipl times, and choked it away very very late in the 4th.
  11. Edit 12/4 Now I do have the worst hands! Winner Winner Chicken dinner!
  12. Clay himself admitted he should have caught the ball. Keep fighting the good fight though. And let me know what the channel was of the game you watched. It clearly wasn't what everyone else, including the players, were watching.
  13. he didn't even have to score, he needed to catch the ball to convert 4th and 11.
  14. It hit him in the hands. Th Bills didn't need to score on the play. The goal line statement is irrelevant noise to the conversation. They needed to convert on 4th and 11, and a pass thown under duress on 4th and 11 hit a guy in his hands. Professionals make that catch, period.
  15. and a pro level oline that doesn't cost the team @100 yards in penalties and can open a hole for a rb
  16. A few people here wanted KVE badly. But we were mostly called out. He and Leonard (INDY) are what Edmunds should be. At what point do we actually get guys that can produce in year one?
