wait till center ice is up for renewal. They told me same thing two years ago I told them they said it was free and they ended up doing that but had to call back and escalate. I hate the new retention folks used to love when I would get the folks in Idaho all air force wives or husbands working a second job. When I got loyalty they were really good at not budging I guess I should have tried again to say sorry I am leaving to see if they would have done more. But I am ok I got 45$ a month off for a year, ST Max for 300$ so I am good.

just called back in to ST people and getting 99$ off Max so now ST Max is 296 basically less than 20$ a week but will be calling Loyalty folks next months when I do center ice.

called today took me forever to get to loyalty folks. First a ST rep offered me 25% off but I wanted better so asked for Loyalty. The Loyalty person offered me 5$ a month for 12 months nothing off Sunday ticket. I told her I pay 190$ month for ATT internet and wireless and now 168 for DTV and thats best yo can do? I than was about to hang up when a magical 45$ a month off was offered however no budging on ST and Max. I took deal but will call back in a few days to CANCEL ST and see what they will offer. I hate them now that ATT owns them the old retention folks were much better to deal with and pleasant as well. ONLY reason I keep DTV is for ST because when I want to watch a game I am not chasing streams that may or may not work nor can I sync the stream with Sirius play by play. I tried stream approach last year with hockey will be going back to DTV for NHL center ice.

I hate talking to the ATT bozos. The original DTV retention folks out in Idaho were great to talk to. One time one guy stayed on line with me for 30 minutes bullshitting about football and hockey after he gave me the huge discounts about 1 minute Into the call. Probably got credit for staying that long on line to save a customer. Oh those were the days when the DTV call center was staffed by a lot of military spouses Chasing streams is a pain and not the way I want to watch football. I use ST and Sirius radio for the ultimate experience and follow sal,on twitter for sideline info. If using a stream sometimes not HD, buffers and unreliable to find weekly. I will pay for the luxury of knowing exactly were to find the game sitting in the comfort of my lazy boy

only at the spot of said slingbox the only issue with new sling box is that if you want to use a mobile device via sling app You must setup the connection in the location of the sling box. But if its a browser your using than simple all they have to do is LOG in to sling account. For years my cousin used my slinbox since she had Dish and they and MSG had a big squabble. I have seriously thought about buying her a sling box so I can watch Sabres. For NFL I want Sunday Ticket with Sirius Radio for Hockey you get to chose team feed as in baseball, basketball as well. I Have NEVER paid more than 160$ for ST 10 bucks a week is cheap!!!!

Plus in many stadiums and arenas the fans chime in other elements to the song like shouting RED or other words or add ones to support the local mascot or color. By the time the last verse is being sung most fans are no longer showing respect beyond the drunkards

However they play in PUBLICLY owned stadiums in a majority of the cities. They own the team they do not own the players they have contracts with the players.

Just stop broadcasting the anthem or play it before the players come out on field. I see no need to have anthem played at pro football games. If they stop protests for this what comes next?
