  1. NFL Sunday is Refball not football
  2. You asked what were the coaches supposed to do, I said start the best QB. I'm talking about the Chargers game. Coach's job is to have an idea if he's starting an NFL QB after practicing 6 months in.
  3. Because their entire front 7 will get pancaked by grown men, corners pancaked by grown men, and Ivory will truck through whatever remaining 3 teenagers and 20 year olds are still standing IF they can even catch him. They're playing the best players on a roster spanning 10 year careers good enough to make it to a 32 team league and 80% of them are DESPARATE to even get drafted into that league.. if they 4 year players they haven't been drafted if they 18 they ain't grown. It's pure athleticism, might as well lose the Quarterback and throw in Edmunds and Jerry Hughes to wipe up any player who is AT BEST as fast and strong as Edmunds is.
  4. If Daboll doesn't screw it up, we have a 50% chance of taking it to the house with Chris Ivory. Every. Single. Carry. //Daboll calls 50 pass attempts for 100 yards and 3 pick 6s in a hard fought 24-21 win.
  5. Start Tyrod. Hindsight is a pretty good measuring stick for us because we can see that the Bills had no idea how bad Peterman would be after getting to know him in 6 months and CHOSE to switch against a team on the furthest side away from Buffalo with a monster pass rush. Peterman sucked, it's their job to have a good idea how much he would suck. And the 49ers had a good OC and saw their UDFA could make NFL throws, and ran with it against a terrible defense. Plus they truly had no choice.. but hindsight, if they saw Peterman backing up a QB plagued injury corp they woulda signed somebody after Garrappolo when properly evaluating the dude.
  6. 2012 was a really good QB draft. Funny how early on it was thought of one of the best, then horrible fools gold with all busts (luck and RGIII) with Russel Wilson the only good grab to now with Foles SB MVP, heck Osweiler with some starts in a SB winning season, Cousins, and Russell Wilson winning a SB. Tannehill at least starting as long as he is, although i don't get the Dolphins holding their breath with him by this point. Didn't realize all those guys were in the same draft plus Luck HAS to rebound to at least rookie form at some point (which was really darn good).
  7. I can't really watch. The entertainment value isn't greater than playing the new red dead redemption. And Bills football is basically 90% of my hobbies. Video games 5%? That means the product I see enjoying at the very least maybe 5 cool plays from my favorite players on both sides of the football isn't meeting the bare minimum threshold if I decide to sit on my *** to do nothing other than watch a TV screen. I'd probably enjoy a home game I guess but I haven't been to many so I can understand diminishing returns when you've been to hundreds of home games with experiences gauranteed to be better than what you folks are about to see on Sunday.
  8. Also was a pain in the *** in the lockerroom. You could tell everybody was fed up with him on that show all or nothing. Lol a show where the world could see how weird he was and see the writing on the wall.. everybody was walking around with this "stfu Dez" look on their face. He'd be yelling some weird pump up "speech", equal parts negative and positive and 100% incoherent after week 7 loss and people were just changing, talking to reporters and hitting the showers. He looked like he was talking to himself. I think it's counterproductive when you're trying to be the leader of the team and are not taken seriously. That level of delusion is worse than just shutting up and letting better player leadership take over rather than talking over the Witten type. Or at least Dak's best effort was getting talked over by some guy nobody respected. Ala nobody bothered to try to be the lockerroom leader and talk over him eventually. That show is waaaaay too revealing about a team I was shocked they had access to all this to air to the world. Hard Knocks is just about interesting preseason story lines and players in the NFL Fringe. All or nothing is just watching a team with no filter whatsoever.. can't tell if that'd be cool to see on the Eagles in retrospect or something.. but a bad team makes all the parts that make it bad that much more revealing.
  9. Good good when we're going back through film to prove 2 of 3 picks weren't his fault and the 3rd is questionable... That means he ain't good. If a Quarterback didn't throw prolific number of picks we wouldn't get arguing which picks was his fault to prove "HE'S NOT THAT BAD 50% OF HIS PICKS ARE ON A BAD SNAP"
  10. Uh didn't that team play the AFC championship? They were stacked, despite their QB.
  11. I like big ego. Guess who has big egos? Tom Brady and other assorted all-pros. Lockerroom distractions and Dez Bryant's level of overrated talent based ego ain't good one bit. I don't think, while malcontent, Watkins was so bad in the lockerroom. And this gets put in check when leaders (like Shady giving Watkins a picture of targets to stop his complaining). Cowboys were total wimps keeping Dez in check with poor leadership from Dak, Zeke, and most of all Garret and Jerry Jones let it fester to the point of no return. Strong leadership to turn ego into production is what makes a good coach. Not coaches that are scared of addressing it and choose not to.
  12. Dude I 100% agree with you but when people preemptively attack on their OP, their point gets over shadowed. We got to be on the same page (WOTHOUT ALIENATING SOME THAT MAAAY BE SUGGESTIBLE THAT JUST GOT CALLED IDIOTS hahahaha) that this CAP money.. a) nobody understands fully, b) it's still a MARKET and no matter how much we have there are 31 teams on aggregate with a million to spend. Just cause we have more money than most, doesn't mean we're competing against one other team that can't swing it around like we can. We're competing with the NFL, meaning a cap strung Rams could spend all their money on a marquee guy we want.
  13. Is this the same guy that always does that. I see an OP every now and then looking like that.. and it's kinda weird, like get in and out of your posts when you're supposed to be "working" 8-10 hours straight.
  14. We could have traded up if we really liked him and didn't believe settling for JP was a perfectly fine move. There's always a price we can pay (especially to move up just a few spots).. the fact that we got JP leads me to believe we really didn't want to pay any asking price that didn't suit us since whoever was drafting figured JP wasn't a bad plan B. So we're both right there.. we would have gotten Ben at 4-12 absolutely. And if we were better at drafting we would have known if we were going QB round 1, Ben was the guy to go for instead of settling for a much much worse QB just 12 picks later (which is still a huge investment in both time to figure JP out and the pick itself. We didn't have the record to draft Ben or the conviction he was head and shoulders better than JP. So we didn't get him. Either way we didn't have a high enough pick AND drafted poorly. In combination it's bad. But one or the other.. and we get Ben. Drafted poorly all those years ultimately and I don't like the excuse we didn't have perfect 20/20 hindsight. If you're competent in drafting you should feel like you're FO has amazing 20/20 hindsight.. cause they're drafting so well! SAME case with Darnold I like that point you bring up. If Darnold hypothetically is HOF and Allen is bust it's ultimately the combo of not being in an easy trade to go so far up for Darnold and being absolutely wrong in Allen. (not ideal position and poor drafting). < These are hypotheticals folks was never high on Darnold personally. What DID suck was the Browns getting Baker #1, didn't see that coming and was hoping HE'D be the guy falling cause he's "too short". If we went Allen over Baker I'd be THAT annoying guy constantly griping about it. But Allen compared to everyone else I've been pretty apathetic about. I knew nothing about any of those guys. Rosen, Darnold, Allen to act like Allen was a poor pick. So... To Allen! Cheers, at lease we moved up for the guy we had a strong conviction in?. We got Ben instead of JP (Like if we settled for Mason Rudolph?? Whoever that dude the Steelers got in 2nd or 3rd.) I WILL say Lamar Jackson was an interesting wildcard to nab. But this time we got who we wanted and didn't settle. Time will tell if we drafted well. If we didn't, I find it's still indicative that a record leaving you hamstrung from moving up doesn't make it impossible.. just please stop messing up the draft Bills and i'm fine with 8-8 every year. Good. Lol. A thumbs up on a post like that at least let's ppl know it ain't serious. Plus I'm on a mission to hoard rep points
  15. Screw you SBF you idiot! You and your moronic opinions that disagree with mine can GTFO here
  16. He's an upgrade. Smart move. Upgrade JA's offense
  17. Not watching the Bills. Whoever the fast receiver is now. He doesn't scare me as a DC. I wouldn't give him a PI, i"'d make him make the play successfully for a TD. Wait.. is the fast guy Kelvin now? DEFINITELY wouldn't give him a PI, would just jog along with him and bat down the throw
  18. Getem EJ! Compare QBRs stop pulling punches.
  19. You're close, but Beane is the only guy that can fix what he's created. I don't think can legally petition a sale. A grassroots tweet at Rogers might get his attention. I hear Toronto has bad buffalo wings. But maybe signing a PS receiver or two can help Matt Barkley from throwing Foster. And canning Peterman for a would give us 3 quartebacks. That's 3 that will throw a hail Mary instead of 2! It's a shame we whiffed on Peter man and Anderson, but we should analyze why we chose those players and think of how we can avoid doing that in the future
  20. Move to Toronto seems excessive, let's find a middle ground and release Peterman, and pick up another Matt Barkley type with a degree of talent in him to hedge our bets and get more first downs and limit interceptions. I think we should just make better choices on offense going forward. And reverse some damage by getting rid of the players that make this team so bad because our level of production is not hard to replace with some PS stars.
  21. How did you know! And don't leave pls
  22. Yeah he's backuo dude. Tom Savage is terrible. That's the plight of bad QBs: backup. The plight of terrible QBs is being out of the league. Or is it so black and white that Tebow and Nick Foles are equally terrible cause they don't play 16 games a year. Weird take. We broke up with an ugly girlfriend and hate her. But we'll find a pretty girfriend and forget about her and she'll be a 3rd string one night stand that's still getting by on tinder
  23. And I'm maintaining PI ain't an option on this offense. I'd coach my CB to see if Foster can catch it, let alone in stride, and keep running to the touchdown. He'll drop it or have to make a dumb adjustment to simply catch it and slow down proud he got one. And then get tackled. DCs likely play the %s and insist "NO PIs! This team can't catch a cold or catch in stride"
