Not sure where you thought i was knocking Hughes or saying to let him go... I am saying besides him our only pass rush is Kyle Williams and Lorax.. both are 35. Maybe I am crazy, but we need some not 35+ year old pass rushers for the future

Romo is great. However unlike most people I do not like it when he calls out plays presnap. Witten did it once or twice too. It bothers me, right before snap a random "this is a run to the right." Cool that you were correct.... I would also just like to see the play happen pls. I would love it though if like after the play they ran a quick replay and said "this play was easily picked up by the defense because 'this this and this tell me you are going here with the ball.' " I would love that insight. I just dont like the Nostradamus crap as the play is just about to happen

Correct, people look at average age which gets stretched older due to Lorax, Kyle Williams, Derek Anderson now and a few others who I would say are "old" for their positions. The one thing that worries me is that we obviously need to go all in on offense... but arguably two of our best pass rushers (not including Hughes) are quite up there in age

Probably the same people calling for Dez despite dez repeatedly only wanting to play for a Super Bowl contender lol. Or people saying "we should have kept Woods!" who was a free agents and unless we paid him 20mil a season wasnt going to stay getting 2-3 passes from Tyrod a game

we are... but in this offense with these QB's, and surrounding talent its pretty hard to actually judge him. Wasn't there a stat he was one of the highest in league in terms of separation? Doesn't that count for something? If he is getting separation, and isnt dropping the ball, what else can he do to prove his worth besides maybe a back flip foot grab into a cartwheel between two safeties for a TD.

again, why does anyone think Woods wanted to stay? He was visibly upset with lack of balls his way with Tyrod, he was free as a bird - why would he choose to waste more young careers getting 3 balls thrown his way a game? I wouldnt want that ***** lol

I loved Woods in Buffalo. He is in what his 5th year? Zay COULD in 5 years, hard to compare. I do think Woods is better though - however no way he would have signed to stay as a WR for Tyrod. I remember games of him being visible frustrated for not getting the ball

Its some of the little things though, like attacking, adjusting and almost coming down with the 1v1 in endzone in the 4th quarter. Unlike most WR's we have had he is attacking the ball, and running with some aggressiveness

I get what you mean for sure... but some of the "ex Bills" you are talking about you are reaching a bit. I mean Cockrell played for Steelers and actually saw significant playing time as well as I think either Colts or Giants. Searcy started for Titans for years after us. Not exactly "hey lets grab these ex Bills players."

Designing more than 1 pass play to McCoy would be a start. Also not throwing only one screen all game... and it be to ANDRE HOLMES of all players on our roster.

I agree we had so many holes and some were not planned for: the Incognito AWOL debacle, and Wood injury scare/surprise I think really ***** us. hard to run like you thought you could when your two best run blockers are suddenly gone at no fault of your own. My only suggestions that I really dislike is the cutting Streater and Kerley. Both are better than Holmes, Foster or RayRay. I am so tired of seeing Logan Thomas on the team, he offers nothing that a guy like Croom doesnt offer, but with less ability. Same with Holmes "special team leader/ace" yet I NEVER see him making the big hit, downing the ball at the 1, or none of the great special teams play. I think Taiwan Jones is a crap RB, however I see him involved in special teams as a gunner and has return versatility. Hell Marcus Easley was just as worthless as a WR, but he used to make big stops or hit returners for short gains all the time so I could understand him being on team as a ST ace - with emergency WR duty. My other problem has been playcalling on both sides of the ball too, MOSTLY offense. I dont understand how you have a RB like McCoy who I would argue is top 5 still maybe top 3 receiving RB in the league (not counting specialty guys like Chris Thompson, just "#1 running backs) and not throw him the damn ball more than 1-2 times a game? Swing passes, screens whatever. Hell I see him line up at WR, but its just a Watkins decoy special - I never see the play designed to get him the ball quickly. Even the defense seems make random "hey this playstyle was working well... they might expect it, so lets just change it to something crap and not adjust." Offense does this is even more though. Look at Minnesota game. Offensive play calling was a lot of quick hitters and getting guys open. Then since the game... we decided "nah that was too good teams are ready for it, lets do the opposite for a few games." Isn't the saying: "If it aint broke, dont fix it?"

With some of the games we have already put up, we might still be under 1000 after MNF lol
