Man that was effective... so this week just to throw off the other teams we are going to do the OPPOSITE that wasnt working in our first two games. They will never expect it!"

This, its an aesthetic choice. If hair was now a horse collar it would be a strategic advantage to have Fabio hair down to the ass blocking your jersey and pads , people would just grab a fistful of hair and get a penalty

No... on most plays, which is why the original poster you responded to was talking about how Allen is forced to scrambled because the protection does not hold up like lines for most other teams. You said pass blocking was fine. I cant think of too many 5 step drop backs without Allen running for his life or getting hit. can you?

You said pass blocking wasnt all that bad, yet when Josh did a standard QB drop he got clobbered - what was hard to understand about that? meanwhile watch games all over the league and QB's get several plays a drive where QB is standing there for much longer and still untouched..

I mean, when he DID do a 4-5 step drop and hit Benjamin on time, and in stride he got sandwiched between two DLine man and now his arm is busted.....

And we have historically bad "weapons." Tyrod Orton and Manuel had Watkins, Woods, Goodwin, Hogan... All solid options on other teams.

I am a big Allen fan, and this season I will give him the benefit of the doubt even if he sucks. To me its not about being inaccurate or bad passes. Its more the lack of scanning or hesitation to throw
