Which is exactly how we should be passing with this group. Just because Josh has a strong arm doesnt me we should only run routes 15 yards +. We rarely had under neath quick hitting options this game... well besides the screen to Holmes - who the hell thought that was a good idea??

Whats weird is I could understand if it was more like the patriots throwing a lot of 2-3 yard passes as an extension of the run game. But yesterday most of the routes were like 10 yard routes that take 4-5 seconds to develop... makes 0 sense to me

Anyone else find it insane that we have a rookie QB, with minimal WR "help," playing in his third ever start facing a lot of pressure... and we call 10 total RB runs. 5 for Ivory and 5 for McCoy - that makes no sense to me.

If they are free agents the player also needs to WANT to resign. If you were a WR with Tyrod as your qb, would you really be wanting to resign there without being grossly overpaid?

This is true, everyone including myself threw up the question marks when we drafted RayRay even though it was later rounds. "What the hell, this guy is tiny AND he isnt very fast." Then you watch him in game action and he looks pretty damn quick and fast. I think Ray-Ray and Proehl had identical 40 times and speed. However Ray-Ray looked MUCH faster than Proehl when I saw them in preseason

I agree and disagree. Look at his "leaping" run, or the TD dive run. He pulled it down and committed to running early. I am not knocking him for this, the point I want to make is Tyrod would wait to run N-S. He would kind of look around, juke about in the backfield. Allen saw his WR's were covered and in Allen's own words in his press conference "I trusted my gut." I like this, he was decisive, and it caught Barr napping (on the TD run). This would drive me nuts about Tyrod, obviously his biggest threat is his running, yet he was rarely decisive with it, unless it was a called keeper.

I agree like most Mahomes has put up monster numbers so far.... But it's crazy to me how many people are going off of three games to proclaim him the next longterm stud. Its been three games, and they have been in shoot outs, and he has Kelce, Watkins, Hill and Hunt as big play potentials to throw to.

His agent said that before the season... and as far as I know they havent made a statement otherwise, nor have they made any statements expressing a great desire to play. You are making a random assumption what you THINK you MIGHT do if you were in his shoes. But you are not Dez, and the only info we DO KNOW is that he has said he will only sign with a Superbowl contender

Exactly this, Watkins was gone after last season anyway. Woods was already not going to sign with us again, and why would he want to? No WR unless they are trying to prove they belong in the league, or are getting WAY over paid would choose to go to a team who only throws to actual WR's a couple of times a game.

I dont have official answers but my hunch would be drops per targets. Like in fantasy football I will see a receiver with 12 targets in a game, only has 6 catches, and one drop. If you think about how many drops we have had as a team, last game alone we had: 2x KB, 1x Holmes, 1x Foster, 1x Clay. Allen only threw the ball 22 times. Thats 22% right there. They might have even not given a drop to Foster since he just short armed it rather than it go in his hands and drop

People need to stop posting this. Dez's agent has already said he is only interested in a superbowl contender. The Bills and their now 30th in the power ranking is not this.... I am as pumped and feeling hopeful as the next guy after this last win, but one win after two blow outs with a rookie QB is not going to suddenly make a guy like Dez go "all they need is me for Super Bowl"

Oh I agree, Baker will get it simply from a media and fanpoint perspective, Allen deserves it more though. I mean, we are Bills fans right? 90% of the time even if a Bills player deserves recognition more than another player, the other player wins

I thought Baker played great as well... but Allen literally put the offense on his back, oh WR's drop two TD's in a row? Ill just run it in myself! Baker wasnt fully game planned for, Allen was, and by a much better defense in an away game. Baker played at home

I remember Goodwin dropping contested catches, or hitch routes... but he was usually pretty money on the over the shoulder deep balls when Tuhrod threw them
