@Lurker is right about McDermott having steady play from his LBs but your point Turk is what I was thinking more about. The 1st year Edmunds was learning, last year (especially the 2nd half of the season) he was getting some rope. I don't think the scheme will change much but I expect more "options" with Edmunds this year.

I looked up his ST snap count. He had 340 snaps on ST last year. In 2019 Stafford led the Bills with 297. His ST snap % was 79% which means he play all ST plays except XP and FG attempts. Looks like he will be the ST Captain in 2020. What will happen to DiMarco? LOL

I was just looking at that. Diggs is on the books in Spotrac already taking them to 60 million. After the others get put on (of course the contracts could be front loaded or back loaded) it should be somewhere around 40 million left. Using Beane's numbers from the past he will keep at least 15 million to go into the season. If he extends Tre this year it should only put an extra 5 or so on this years books. He probably has about 20 to work with for the rest of the offseason.

You were right. Sweeney's contract just got bumped 90k like the others. Bills cap money down to 75 million.

Thanks. This will cut the Bills cap room by 2-3 million if true which is not a big deal. It will hurt more on teams with little dollars left this year. Could help the Bills with those teams trying to re-sign their FAs. I'm going to keep an eye on Sweeney's contract after Spotrac gets caught up. They already tweeted to be patient, that it could take a while.

This question is for anyone who knows. I've looked around on google and can't find anything. The minimum salaries are going up this year by 100k for players like Duke Williams and Ryan Bates from $585k to $675k. That much I have found but what about last years drafted rookies? Tom Sweeney for example is making only $609k this year which is less than if he wasn't drafted! Anyone hear if these guys are getting bumped up. I noticed it in Spotrac and if they don't it's a bummer.

I got this from the custodian at OBD that Beane was ready to trade a 5th for Campbell but Marrone activated the No Bills Trade Clause in his contract.?

There was only 2 trades this year before the CBA vote. Usually there is 10-15 by now. Going to be busy for the FO's in the next week!
