I didn't see anyone answer you on this Bobby. Yes there is currently 2 spots open on the main roster. One from the Kumerow waiver which John Brown will take. The other right now is from Yeldon on the Covid list. It would leave the RBs light but they always could elevate the Williams kid from the PS if needed I guess. That would mean 7 WRs on the roster which is a lot but I think it's worth it with Beasley as an unknown.

Bills host WR Tanner Gentry for visit.

Before we put Beasley down like Barbaro lets look at some facts. Bills had Kumerow and The Duke on the PS. Kumerow got activated. Kumerow was waived and they hoped he would clear to go back to the PS. Kumerow got claimed. Kumerow left a spot open for a WR on the PS. Yes there is a chance that one of the PS WRs may need to get elevated but let's just wait and see. -
First off I don't have a fear of any team the Bills will play in the Wildcard Round. Second I was replying about a question as to who the MIAMI DOLPHINS will play IF they win on Sunday. The answer I gave was they will lock a #5 seed with a win and THUS WILL PLAY THE AFCS DIVISION WINNER. Third I don't care if the Bills play the starters or not but in either case I want the Bills to win on Sunday.

Josh Allen's command in one play

Yes to all your points. The AFC potentially has a couple other QBs who could rise. Just looking at the near term AFC/NFC QB situations the AFC is looking extremely tough. -

Josh Allen's command in one play

Great posts and a lot of good points brought up. Thanks to you guys posting about specific plays and the in-depth observations. We could see something great with Mahomes/Allen battling each other. I really hope to see that in the AFCCG. Years from now maybe it will come down to which one works harder and wants it more. Josh's life and football journey is showing me he is pretty pretty hungry! -

Steelers officially playing backups vs Browns
ColoradoBills replied to Process's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Whether McDermott rests the starters is up to him and his team. I will go along with whatever they decide. Personally I think Sean will start them. The Steelers on the other hand are in a completely different state of mind. 1. Ben is old and hasn't had time off in a long while. 2. They have played poorly and if not for one half of football they would be in a complete tailspin. 3. If they started Ben and PIT played bad and lost to the Browns it would continue the doubt. Starting Rudolph gives them an out. 4. Even if they won with Ben they still could be the 3rd seed so I think that is not extremely important to them. While it's smart for them to rest Ben the Bills are in a different situation. FWIW -
Well said. Personally I felt if there was one game that could of dampened this recent run it was the Bills losing to the Pats*. That monkey is now off their backs.

My calculator say the Colts have to beat the Jags too. If Jags win Ravens seed 6. -
Of course they will get a number of FAs. The thing that will be different is they got the pick of the litter in the past. So many available FAs clamored to get a ring in NE. If you're honest you will agree with that fact. BB will have to "compete" for all future FAs like any other team. When it comes to the Covid opt-out players Hightower will make a big impact when he returns but it is his last year of his contract. Will he stay? NE kept its UFA (or at least the ones they wanted to) for decades. I think a higher % will move on compared to the past. Chung will be 34 and Cannon turns 33 both will help but they are getting long in the tooth. Dan Vitale will be on his last year too and while he helps the run game and Special Teams he is not a playmaker. Bolden, LaCosse, Lee and Toran are JAGs. I'm not saying the Covid didn't hurt the Pats* but the return of the players next season is not as impactful as some are claiming. NE has a good amount of cash but like we talked about before Ghost a good chunk will be needed to re-sign their own FAs. FAs (both their own and other teams) will be very telling as to what the players (not us fans) feel about NEs future. But all that aside, BB has to find a QB that works or all of this other stuff is just academic!
