  1. So am I. I also want a vet that excels in pass protection and can catch a ball. Maybe Beane and McDermott think that Yeldon can fill that role and I'm OK with that if true.
  2. Exactly, he's not signed to the 55*, he's coming to camp. Beane knows what he is doing.
  3. Agree, only position i think could be added is a swing OT (Ty replacement).
  4. Probably not but Brees signed for 2 more so Brady will stay in the league. He wants all the passing records he can get.
  5. Unless a high rated 2nd tier DE on Beane's board falls to them this draft I think you guys got it right.
  6. What in the Sam Hill are you babbling about?
  7. I was wondering why this was taking so long.
  8. Same here Dr. that's why I look things up in my old age. I got the time LOL.
  9. I know that this seems to be a new thing about RBs lately, especially with the leagues passing numbers going higher and higher but last year I looked up some numbers and I found that maybe it's not so accurate. I just revisited it looking at the last 4 drafts. For value it seems to me that Round 3 is the sweet spot. If the Bills draft a RB I hope they can repeat Singletary's value! Last 4 years of draft Rounds 4-7. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/play-index/draft-finder.cgi?request=1&year_min=2016&year_max=2019&draft_round_min=4&draft_round_max=7&draft_slot_min=1&draft_slot_max=500&pick_type=overall&pos[]=rb&conference=any&show=all&order_by=default Last 4 years of draft Rounds 2-3. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/play-index/draft-finder.cgi?request=1&year_min=2016&year_max=2019&draft_round_min=2&draft_round_max=3&draft_slot_min=1&draft_slot_max=500&pick_type=overall&pos[]=rb&conference=any&show=all&order_by=default Last 4 years of draft Round 1. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/play-index/draft-finder.cgi?request=1&year_min=2016&year_max=2019&draft_round_min=1&draft_round_max=1&draft_slot_min=1&draft_slot_max=500&pick_type=overall&pos[]=rb&conference=any&show=all&order_by=default
  10. The NFL is a business and like anyone working for a business..............it's nice to enjoy going to work and being appreciated for a job well done!
  11. No incentives in contract other than a small active games bonus. Lots of these initial reports are off some once the contracts come in.
  12. I'm thinking the same. Singletary and the 3rd string will be cheap. Paying 10 millionish for a RB stable is not expensive at all.
  13. His contract is already in. His cap hit for 2020 is $7.1 million. $1 million Dead cap in 2021. Not anywhere near Shaq's. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/buffalo-bills/vernon-butler-18978/
  14. I understand your point Doc. Reality is even if Diggs has trouble fitting in with the Bills O his contract is so team friendly he could be dealt for a draft pick easily. Teams would jump for a 2nd at least.
  15. Klein's contract is in at Spotrac. 2020 Cap Hit of 6 million with a 6.6 Dead Cap hit. Essentially can get out after 2 years for 400k Bills Cap Space is now at $32.4 with Jefferson and Matakevich to go. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/buffalo-bills/aj-klein-12429/
  16. He left order not to be disturbed over petty camp body signings. His secretary made the move. All signings under 50k in dead money for vet minimum is her terrain.
  17. Another well done extension. 8 million cap hit for the 3 years. 2 million dead in 2021 and 1 million dead in 2022. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/buffalo-bills/jordan-poyer-12500/
  18. Spotrac has not updated the draft $s to the new CBA yet. Plus you are right they haven't moved the picks involved in the trades either. Probably will take a few more day with all the FA updates going on.
