The thing is Beane is biting the bullet to keep the best players on the team. Boogie was not one of them. Miller, Floyd, Rousseau, Epenesa and Lawson are all better. Heck, I think Jonathan Kingsley is better than Boogie. How many DE's do they need? Someone had to go, and I think the worse one was traded.

You take your medicine with a bad pick and move forward. Beane and his scouts know the blew that pick. Hope they learned their lesson. Looking back is worthless IMO.

If he clears waivers his original rookie contract is dropped and he becomes an UFA.

To keep that thread clean I'll comment here. I'm wondering if Dean Marlowe makes it to the PS. The RB PS spot is a tough choice. I can make an argument for Evans and Johnson.

I have always believed that in pass protection the advantage is to the guy making the moves to get around another guy. It's always been that way. In run blocking the OL has a bit of an advantage knowing what their job is going forward. The passing game has enough advantage as it is IMO. It's just the way it is.

PSE was an overseeing holding company. I imagine under it's "dissolving" all the other entities are separated. I'm sure Terry has been involved with all the details and that's probably why he wasn't in WNY for the RJ ceremony. All this no doubt was in the works before RJ passed away. Same questions can be asked (and eventually answered) about the Amerks, Bandits and all the other subsidiaries. This is corporate stuff and will take time for all the info to come out.

I'm disappointed in Kyles play so far BUT I keep him over Barkley. I'm rewatching the Bears game and as I read your post Kyle hit Atemon for 20 yarder down the middle. It was a strong throw. Keep Kyle as the #2 but bring in competition for him on the PS.
