Good for him! What's forgotten is that he made two other 40+ yard field goals in that game. The missed extra point was bad, but he came up clutch on the field goals.

I've seen him move much faster than that, but it is usually on those plays where he injures himself 😆

Ankou plays well. I think he should be the primary 1T backup, personally.

None of the other teams have good leadership in place. So, they will always be teams that fall apart. People bash McDermott, but he provides steady leadership and direction, consistently motivates the team to get out of slumps, and establishes a culture of winning, growth, and player development.

Ironically, it is 1T that we still need. So, I wonder if he will be played out of position again. But I am glad we signed him instead of Phillips.

He has played in all 8 games. He isn't getting targeted much. He has 26 targets all year.

What has LaPorta been doing this year? He has 300 yards and 2 TD's this year. Kincaid has more catches, yards, and the same amount of TDs. TE production is down all around the NFL this year. Travis Kelce hadn't done a lot until the past two weeks. When has he said that the key to offense is running the football? That doesn't sound like McDermott. He has said at times that we need to run the football better and that we need to play complimentary football. Do you have a quote?

Daquon Jones should have been better as well. He wasn't getting off blocks. Eli Ankou is the best run defending defensive tackle we have. He has one more practice squad call up, then I hope they keep him on the active roster and keep getting him playing time.
