Predict the Score: Buffalo at Rich Stadium South Week 2

34 to 19 Bills I think Josh owns the Dolphins again. -
Josh Allen Mocks Coach McDermott in Fisher Price Commercial
MJS replied to Gugny's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
They have, and I've watched for it. I've noticed times where that isn't true. -
On OBL they talked about it and NFL.com just said they are running behind. They could be understaffed like a lot of places these days.

I was going to come and talk about the small sample size and how we can't really get a statistically significant read on the situation. You did an excellent job explaining it. In statistics, you need many data points to come to conclusions. 50 or so data points is not a high sample size, especially when every one of those data points has significant caveats to consider, like strength of opponent, weather conditions, injuries, offensive and defensive schemes, etc. They really can't be effectively compared to one another.

Bills switch to man coverage vs Steelers

The defense was pretty good. Can't fault them for the loss. A couple calls were BS as well, like the pass interference call that reversed White's INT. -
Inactivating Zach Moss

I respectfully disagree. I think Singletary is better and I doubt he will be inactive at all this year unless he is injured. I expect Moss to be inactive in the future. I think Singletary is shiftier and is deceptively hard to bring down. He has surprising power and often pushes for yards after contact as long as he has some momentum. -
Does anyone else sort of avoid this place after a loss?

After wins I can't get enough content. I listen to more podcasts and read more articles. After losses I don't want to do those things for a few days. I've wondered about content creators because I'm sure they see significant drop offs after losses, so they not only have fan interest (if they are fans), but also business and career interest in the Bills winning. That's tough. -

For sure. It is insufferable here after a loss. Sometimes even after a win. -
I just don't think our oline could handle the Steelers dline. I don't believe running it more would have been a significant difference. The times we have played the Steelers the past couple of years has been a defensive slug fest. The difference has been capitalizing on mistakes from the other team. I think if we play them again, for instance in the playoffs this year, the approach should change to short passes and check downs, as well as screens. Draws in the run game. Just anything to get the ball out quickly. Sustain long drives. Take points when they come and focus on taking care of the football. The Steelers aren't our best matchup.

Can the Bills win a SB without a killer instinct
MJS replied to Rebel101's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Tampa Bay was super soft last year because they lost 38 to 3 versus New Orleans. They also lost to them by multiple scores week 1. Such a soft team that could never win the Superbowl. Well that's just a given... -

I think Singletary is clearly our best back. Breida adds a different dimension that Singletary and Moss don't provide. Jones plays special teams. Moss was just the odd man out. It's not complicated. But you seem to not agree with the coaches, which is fine, but they see him everyday in practice and felt like the other backs gave the Bills a better chance to win. I agree with them. -
I think our defense gave up the fewest yards in the AFC week 1. So while they may have missed some opportunities for turnovers, they played dang well. I think the Steelers defense just played really well too. They are a good team. The Bills offense couldn't get going. Josh was little bit off. Special teams was off too. So yeah, we got beat. Have to play better, but I give props to the Steelers defense too.

Well, you are always in crazy overreaction mode, so nothing new here. -
Tua can't throw well Rousseau will break many legs No third line needed

There are certain media people that are quick to dismiss the Bills and especially Josh Allen. I'm not quite sure why, but it happens. The Bills have been a pretty good team for years now. Playoffs in three out of the last four seasons.

Was he soft when he demolished numerous teams last year? When he beat the Ravens in the playoffs?
