He didn’t play and last week he had Myles Garrett. That boy is gonna make a lot of people look bad, especially a second year Tackle.

Why did Beane sign star lotulelei
billsbackto81 replied to bills11's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I’m tired of beating this dead horse. I’ve been on the record many times against this signing. No so much on the player himself because he fit a need and everyone knew he was signing here anyway, but because of the ridiculous amount of money he received. Even during his best seasons in Carolina he was not a 10 mil a year player. He’s one dimensional player and he doesn’t even do that well anymore. I too hope he turns the switch in the opener but I just don’t see it. Just another DT that got paid and now is gonna go thru the motions. His contract will be an albatross in the coming years........ And don’t get me started on Trent Murphy! -
Is number 59 on the chiefs Ragland?
billsbackto81 replied to John from Riverside's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Falcons too. They've looked like crap against middle of the road offenses. -
Do we take Shady McCoy for granted??
billsbackto81 replied to JerseyBills's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don't think he's taken for granted. Unfortunately he's going into his sunset of his career where he can probably produce at a high level for next 2 years or so. By the time Allen develops into a passing threat and respected QB, Shady will be done most likely in Buffalo and possibly the NFL. McBeane needs to find his heir apparent pronto. -
I agree with you but that's what we get with Belicheck all the time so I guess McD is following the same routine. Aren't PCs somewhat mandatory?
-
D looks ok. How many points did they score? Do you really think they're going to hold opposing offenses to 14 points or less? Nope, they're not that dominating.
-
What exactly do you want to hear that will stimulate your senses? Ray Ray reads poetry, Tre takes moonlight walks on the beach, Wyatt enjoys calf roping in his spare time? Keeping it simple doesn't make someone a simpleton or maybe you're a summa cum laude and need more enlightenment. All I need to hear is " we're on our way to Cincinnati".
-
You're right. I don't understand why he and Frazier for that matter don't lay out the entire playbook and schemes for us to critique.
-
Yeezus Christ! They haven't even played a down yet. Do you really think McD and Frazier are really showing you what schemes they plan on utilizing mostly on gamedays? I bet you thought they weren't making the playoffs last year either huh. Traded for Aaron Donald and Kahlil Mack.

Sal Carpaccio: Corey Coleman Is In Trouble
billsbackto81 replied to BuffaloRush's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Coleman has only played with the 2s and 3s last game which was his only game so far. He hasn't been around long enough to establish any chemistry with any of our QBs. If he's healthy, next to KB he's most likely our best receiver. IMO he makes the 53. -

Loved those Dennis Hopper Nike commercials. RIP Stanley. -
The Bills Are Seven Point Dogs in Week 1
billsbackto81 replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Browns are Home. Bills are on the road. 6 points sounds about right considering our QB situation on the road against a formidable D. I'd take the Bills and the under. -
Khalil Mack holding out... in Buffalo
billsbackto81 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Dawkins will be fine. Teller looks legit at Guard and Miller seems to be coming around nicely. Groy is serviceble but nothing special and RT is a dumpster fire. Mills, Ducasse and Bodine aren't even CFL worthy. -
Terrance Fede has been impressive.

Totally agree. Shaq’s played well and he’s not going anywhere with Murphy being MIA since he’s been acquired. -
Cover 1: Bills' Run Defense Continues to Struggle
billsbackto81 replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Let’s remember that it is preseason and most of you know HCs and DCs usually keep their preferred schemes close to the vest and a lot of times just throw out vanilla packages. It is disturbing that they would get gashed like that even when using sub packages. I thought the tweets Talley and Bennett were exchanging during the game interesting, noticing how lost Edmunds look. What Talley said made so much sense especially since Tre is like 6’5” or something like that. Paraphrasing, The RB always lies to you but the O lineman will tell you the truth all day. Good stuff. -
#74 and #75 in the 4th quarter.

At this point I'd bring back Richie's crazy arse back. -
I remember Jimbo throwing 3 picks in the first half of a MNF game against Cincy. Honestly the only throws that concern me about NP are the quick side line outs like some have mentioned. He just doesn't get it there as quick and elite and top DBs are gonna jump routes for INTs. He does pretty well other than that.
-
No I'm not saying that, the record books are. I know how good they were dude. Gale Sayers, Bo Jackson and Billy Sims all are taking a back seat to Thurman because he stayed healthy and unfortunately they didn't. They were all immensely talented HOF caliber players, BUT!, There are no spots in the Hall of Fame for " if I didn't get hurt" players.

Star Lotulelei: Where is the Impact?
billsbackto81 replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
IMPACT! Where's the impact? It's on the salary cap!? Really hope these guys hit the switch come season opener because without Star, Murphy and Edmunds playing to their potential its gonna be a long season. -
Jonathan Hankins - Yes or No
billsbackto81 replied to RPbillsfan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Finally! An acquisition post that makes sense and doesn't have Mack and Dez on it.? Matt Moore or Derek Anderson for that matter would be good insurance that won't embarrass. Hankins is a decent player that would fit well in the rotation and not place to much burden on Phillips. Bowman just from a mentorship stand point would do wonders for Edmunds. -
[Edited Title] Tremaine Edmunds looks Lost
billsbackto81 replied to *******'s topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I went into the draft absolutely positive Roquan Smith was the #1 LB in the draft but I also thought Edmunds was not far behind him skill set wise. I know it's way too early to jump to conclusions but his play so far looks nothing like his college tape. What makes it worse is he pretty much was annoited the starting MLB when Goodell called his name draft night. His physical talent like Allen is undeniable but it really goes to show you there's more that goes into it besides natural abilities.
