Hes a good leader and a middle of the road head coach. That said they have huge holes in the roster. How they have so few difference makers in this team and only 3 million in cap blows my mind.

He's now missed six games out of the 54 games he could have played in. I'd say it's pretty injury prone to miss 11% of your expected starts. If you or I showed up for work 89% of the time would we get a raise? He is a fantastic player. Like I said, one of my favorites on the team. But if I am the Bills (and not some bum on a message board) I look at what he would expect to get on the open market and make sure I offer 89% of that. Based on play alone he is probably a 11-13 Million dollar a year guy. If the Bills are smart they wont offer more than 9.5-10 Million a year. Just my two cents. Great player, but his injuries are not insignificant to the team.

Milano is easily one of my favorite players on the team. But at this point the only way they resign him is if he takes less than 9 million a year. He misses way too much time to get a salary that is representative of his actual play.

So when you look at Pass Rush you have one guy in Murphy who has 1 sack and 1 TFL in 175 snaps, and another in Epenesa who has 2 TFL and 1 Sack in 60. They were near the bottom of the league in terms of Special Teams last year. I think he got a pass because of it being his first year and Hauschka being bad. They have made small strides this year, but that unit absolutely killed the Bills on Tuesday night. It cant continue the way its been thats for sure.

He is a good coach, but the only way its something real is if Tua turns out to be very good. He is 7-14 as the coach there. He may get 4 years, but he wont get 5 if they dont win with Tua. With Josh Allen, Cam Newton, and Trevor Lawrence all possibly in the same division its very much up in the air for the Dolphins.
