  1. I watched five minutes of his show while working out a few weeks ago. I turned it pretty quickly. You're right, he is easy to miss without all the publicity we are giving him here.
  2. Its officially time to pump the brakes.
  3. The narrative here makes it seem like its progressive to have women working in the NFL. The reality is, women have been working in and around the NFL for as long as I can remember. It's fantastic that the Bills hired these people, but the patting yourself on the back for doing so is a bit odd to me.
  4. Totally agree. I keep hearing how good Douglas is but he had money and draft picks this offseason and blew them both. It would be different if they were 4-11, but my goodness they are 0-13, you dont get that stink off of you.
  5. Yeah for sure. I keep it for QBs, Coaches, and Team Rankings over three years. I cant say its bullet proof as I keep it for reference only. But it tends to help me keep a level head. If you want to message me your e-mail or some other way you prefer to receive it I'd be glad to send it over.
  6. I am going to admit a sad truth about my life. I keep an excel sheet that I update every week that ranks QBs by win pct, availability, total yards, total tds, total turnovers, comp%, Y/A, and Playoff win pct. His passing production has for sure fallen off a bit, something like 16 yards a game. His rushing productivity has also fallen off a bit too. However, I keep totals through three years, a statistically relevant sample size based on common statistical analysis. This helps to weed out one year wonders. Given that criteria he is a top ten player at his position.
  7. Good on ya boys!
  8. Look at total yards, total TDs and wins (Yes, I count it as a QB stat) over the last two years and tell me he isnt a top ten player at his position. He is 27-7 with a very similar team that Joe Flacco had at 13-12. Maybe he isnt a top ten passer in the league, but he is for sure a top ten player at his position, because last time I looked quarterbacks are allowed to run as well.
  9. Whether he runs or throws the ball he is playing Quarterback and winning, alot. The guy is 27-7 as a starting Quarterback. Maybe he will regress and start losing, maybe he wont. But that can be said of any starting QB in the league. He is, and continues to be a top ten player at his position in the league. Just because it doesnt look like everyone else does it, doesnt mean it isnt working.
  10. Some of the more level headed posters are. Others think he is a system quarterback they will suck the moment Daboll leaves. https://www.orangemane.com/forum/orange-mane-discussion/orange-mane-central-discussion/2720603-josh-allen/page10
  11. Holy cow. Never seen another team so obsessed with a Quarterback not in their division. Close to 13 pages on Josh Allen.
  12. Gotta get Johnson rolling. The drops are tough, but his speed is too good to waste. I think the defense is good enough to beat lesser Quarterbacks.
  13. I think the Steelers are good enough on defense to get through LV, and Miami. Baltimore, Cleveland, and Indianapolis would be harder games, but I still think they can get to the final four.
  14. Still not a big Edmunds guy. Thought he played lights out against Seattle, Arizona, and the Chargers but the last two weeks he hasnt blown me away. The defense as a whole is playing a ton better, and he is part of that, but I thought he struggled in some ways last night. He isn't a great blitzer up the middle, saw him get blown up bad a few times. The JuJu play wasn't pretty, but it is what it is. Tremaine is serviceable, but he is a long ways off from being a consistently good to great middle linebacker. He simply doesnt impact the game enough. I am thankful he isnt playing as bad as he was when he was injured, but IMO he still has a ways to go.
  15. Guy is top ten in both punt and kick returns, isnt a flyer anymore but his feel for the game makes up for it. Would love to see him break one soon, but touchdowns on returns has become almost non existent.
  16. Its going to be very tough I agree. I think you end up seeing a lot of turn over along the defensive and offensive lines.
  17. You can contact a player within 5 yards of the LOS, not tackle. This isnt tackling because of how poor Claypool's awareness was on this play. White simply pressed him, Claypool went to the ground because he made no attempt to hand fight.
  18. Yes. However, if you're sitting in the 2nd round and Pat Freiermuth is sitting there I think you make the pick. This year's draft is top heavy at Tight End. If you want to make a move that wont cost a lot of money you do it there. I understand Knox has talent, but his output is akin to someone like Jeremy Sprinkle. He is going into year three next year, and he hasnt shown enough to this point to even consider warranting a second contract. Worst case scenario Knox continues to be inconsistent and you have Freiermuth as a long term starter. Best case scenario Knox blossoms and you have two great options at tight end.
  19. Same. The lucky bounces will stop, and Tua will have to beat you with his arm.
  20. Right now Knox has one play. Catch it wide open on the sideline and try to stiff arm his way up the field. After the PI on the goal line I kept thinking I was so glad the Steelers held him because it is essentially 50/50 whether the guy will come down with the ball on routine catches, and that wasnt a routine catch. They need to update the Tight End position if they can in the offseason.
  21. Its what the 90's teams were great at. Get up, and let Thurman grind it out. Loved to see it.
  22. Feel ya. Was sick all weekend and swore to myself I wouldnt watch the game. Came to bed, wife had the game on. Watched the 1st half and said I'd fall asleep at halftime. I turned it off at the two minute warning. Still a little under the weather but woke up incredibly happy.
  23. He was on his way to 10 million plus before tonight. Not sure the Bills will have the cashola to make it happen.
  24. Will never use DirecTV ever again. When I moved to my new house in summer 2019 I was going to use them, because I always had, and thought they were a fantastic company. What I forgot is they were bought by AT&T. At the time they were in a dispute with the local carrier. I was assured I'd get the channels, twice before they put a dish on my house. Tuned into the first week of pre-season and had no game. After hours on the phone, I got a we're sorry and we'll give you an antenna. I told them to come get their ugly dish off my house, and to cancel my subscription immediately. They tried to make me pay an early disconnect fee (I'd had their service for two days). I told them under no circumstance would I be paying an early disconnect fee because they lied about their service. They said they understood and I never heard back from them. Two months later I got a letter from a collections agency looking for the early disconnection fee on the behalf of DirecTV. Screw them. They are an awful company. They outsourced all of their customer service and jacked up their prices. I had to laugh when I saw the scroll across the top of both NBC and CBS this past weekend that DirecTV was about to lose local channels again. Somewhere along the line DirecTV and Time Warner switched business models. Loving my Spectrum service.
  25. Wasnt a huge fan when he tripped Jacoby Jones in 2013, thought that was cheap. He has some issues off the field that have come to light in the last few years I am not a fan of either. However, I have things too so I probably shouldnt have been so crappy there.
