  1. Not enough. Throw in a conditional 7th in 2025, and they'll consider it.
  2. Dabol was keeping that playbook shut for the same reason Beli**** keps his mouth shut: the Bills were not about to give a national TV audience a whiff of what's cooking at OBD. Poker face playcalling is a GOOD thing in preseason, when the games don't count.
  3. Oh, I agree completely! You should watch me watching a preseason game. I'm scribbling notes like crazy, and only eating wings during commercial breaks! I'm just saying that the reason Bills fans, in particular, freak out is that we've born the brunt of that 1/100, and it could well have jeopardized Allen's development. Fortunately, the kid looks to have weathered it just fine.
  4. To be fair, it didn't work out for the most important position in the game, and had a snowball effect on the season and Josh Allen's development. Kind of a big deal.
  5. Yeah, yeah, but make sure Mckittrick gets the rock at least 15 times!
  6. Is Mario : Frodo? ?
  7. And now we know why: 1) We let Peterman start the season. 2) Preseason means nothing. N-O-T-H-I-N-G.
  8. The Giants would give a higher pick than most considering their decimated WR corps... or, more accurately, corpse.
  9. I did address his point.?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️ My underlying point was that McBean are building something unique, here in Buffalo, and they are trying to break the cycle where teams are bound by that rookie QB window.
  10. I wonder when the Pat***** 1 year shot will end... Point being: If you build a culture and a family, you can throw out the 4 year, wash-rinse-repeat cycle with the bathwater.
  11. Where are Scott Law or ittakestime when you need them?
  12. I'll be at the Rochester Duff's, in Henrietta, taking notes and yelling at the TV.
  13. Agreed, and to the bolded part of your point, Jackson has the physical tools that Allen has; just not the polish, practice, and understanding. He's a big-armed athlete who is willing to work hard, is malleable, and has a good, team-first attitude. I think back to the whole Peterman debacle, and we can all poke holes in that charade, but one point that people don't really discuss is that the OC (Rico) essentially had to develop two different game styles for Peterman and Allen. That makes for a steeper learning curve and leaves less time for the offense to learn each style. With a PS candidate like Jackson, at least the script will read the same, if Tyree gets tossed in there. I also think Daboll is Mozart to Rico's penny whistle cover of "You Are My Sunshine", but that's another story, altogether ?.
  14. What if Lee Smith (the one on the Bills, who doesn't spell his name with quotation marks) is?
  15. Would he constitute as a Sulliophile? ? #justsayin
  16. But that can't be true... someone told me he would never be better than 54%... I can't recall his name, but it rhymes with coleslaw... and lockjaw... and hot paw... it's on the tip of my digital tongue.
  17. Counterpoint: would Luck have escaped that near-sack Oliver had on Brissett? My crystal ball says "Awww, Hell No!"
