I would never bet against the Bills, on the other hand, i did bet on them 4 straight years in the SB's and lost my shirt...........i don't bet on anything anymore.

From it seems to me, that when we try to go toe to toe or point for point with other teams, is where we seem to derail a bit. It almost feels like we take ourselves out of our gameplan and try to outshine the other team.........whereas when we stick to the gameplan, go for 1st downs instead of the monster plays, we chunk yardage our way down the field in increments is when we seem to make up the most ground and that is where the team seems to insert its dominance and impose its will. It's almost like the Bills are saying, "we're going to do this all day long, try and keep up or just get out of the way". From here on out, these games are going to be dog fights and i think the Bills have a tougher, meaner dog in the fight this year.

I'd actually like to see our D out there on the very first play and try to set the tone with King Henry right off the bat.......the guys going to get his yards, that's for sure, but let him know it's going to be a long day if they want to keep trying to run the ball.

We're playing pretty good these days, so no ones calling for McD's head...........you're either a little late on this thread or a little early.

I'm just going to go ahead and say it, but who put Ray in that position to get him hammered like that to begin with?!? Love me, hate me, i don't care.

This Bills team doesn't panic like years past. They look like they really don't care about trying to go toe to toe with whomever they're playing.......they just seem content to stay within their gameplan, put in the work for a full 60 minutes, shore up the trenches and continue to build off of one play to the next. It's a formula that seems to be working for them, so there's not a lot of criticism i could ever say, however, the true test of the whole season lies this Sunday and everything they've been working towards will be showcased against a very tough Ravens team. Win, and advance.......lose, and go home. Simple as that.

I remember that Bills/KC Monday night game........i was working out of town with my work buddies and our tradition on Monday nights was to get a pizza, go back to the hotel, smoke a lot of dope, drink some beer and settle in to watch the MNF. Okoye ran like the nightmare he was on us that night. The game was a fiasco from start to finish. .............on a side note, the women, wine and bud were flowing nice that night, i can tell you.

It's basically a "poor mans" hang nail........maybe a little onset of gout setting in though.

I'm just going to go ahead here and say this whole conversation intrigues me........i really think you should start a new thread so we can investigate this a little more.

You see, instead of teaching us in school about personal hygiene or how to create a budget or figuring out financial situations, they taught us how to play the flute............cause you know, that's going to help us out in the real world.

Yeah, this was like from 7 months ago, so let's put it into a little context here....... Did anyone see or project that Cook would have the season he's having right now? Did anyone think that Cook would "turn it on" the way he has? Did anyone ever feel that Cook was our future? If you're going to quote me from 7 months ago, at least include the context, my man........without the context, you look like you're just trolling.

Have you ever hung out with Europeans?..........man, they really know how to stink up a room. They don't seem to go with any body deodorant gimmicks. They let their natural body pheromones do all the work in attracting ladies. They have no need for deodorants, showers/baths, etc........they just let that stink hang out there and waft it's natural goodness for miles around.

Whether it's sarcastic or not..........fire everybody.

The biggest thing this Bills team has going for it is experience.........they've been here before and they find ways to make it work, regardless of who's playing WR, RB, etc. They just need to figure out how to make it "over the proverbial hump". Every team is playing for just one more win, one more week, one more chance right now and they will lean on their respective experience to achieve it.......we are fortunate to have experience and hunger on this team and a comradery that i haven't seen in a long, longgggggggg time. Enjoy the ride, wherever it takes us.

Couple things....... 1) King Henry will certainly get his yards against us, there's really no way of denying him, however, we need to focus on the middle and bottle him up for minimal yardage 2) i'm wondering whether we try to force feed Cook and set the tone with our running game and give the Ravens a little bit of, "you have a running game?.......we've got a little of our own". 3) It seems that we will not have an easy path to the SB. We'll have to run through the gauntlet of Baltimore and KC, however, when the Bills are "on", they are unstoppable and i truly believe this 4) The Bills/Ravens will be an all-out slugfest from beginning to end with neither team willing to concede any advantage in any way to the other.......we need to win TOP, the trenches and the TO battle
