I honestly don't think Ringo gets enough love

Little story about ole Kenny Dryden..... The Leafs would sometimes have their training camp in Kitchener-Waterloo (southern Ontario) every once in awhile and for awhile there Ken Dryden was their GM and it just so happened that at the one training camp in KW, i took my 3 year old son and i brought along a Ken Dryden rookie hockey card with me. I know the Aud (auditorium) well and i knew where the GM's were sitting for the training camp........i went up to see Ken to see if he would sign my card and he flat out says, "no"........i was flattened. Ken was my hero growing up and i was in disbelief that he wouldn't sign it. My sister who was there and who had seen how depressed i was over it, took the card from me and went back to see Ken.......within 2 minutes my sister was back with the signed card and Ken's phone number. She ripped the phone number up, making sure that Ken watched her from where we were seated and made sure that Ken was watching as she handed me the card..........he then proceeded to have security kick us out. Thanks Ken.

Agreed. Our D needs to figure out how to get down and dirty and grit it out for wins.......not rely so heavily on TO's. I understand the thinking of McD that if you can get the advantage of as many balls and opportunities to the O as much as possible and put the game in their hands, then you have a lot better chance of scoring points and winning games by not relying on your D so much, however, the drawback to this is when teams just don't give up many TO's and you have to rely on your subpar D to actually try to grit it out in an honest game. For a defensive HC, i am not impressed.

On a side note, i sometimes feel like OBD is building this franchise from Madden.

I still don't understand the Bills game planning in big games.........like, it seriously confuses the **** out of me and it always has, but unfortunately, it never seems to confuse the opposition. It almost feels like we're a "one trick pony" and think we can keep playing the same way in every game, which would explain why Reid always knows what Brady and McD are going to throw at them on every down.

Buftex.......when i first read it, i thought it was Buttflex and i like that name a lot better.

This has always been on my bucket list, as well as the Rock and Roll HOF, however, with Canada boycotting US destinations presently, my future plans are in limbo, which is a real shame for us who like to travel to our southern neighbors. I'll eventually make it to Canton.........just can't say when just yet.

And i actually agree with a large portion of this...... If the allegations are false and people are "gold diggers", then why come after the guy 30 years later when he probably doesn't have too much of a pot to piss in. I mean, you'd probably want to go after him when he was actually earning a significant NFL paycheck. So, all of this is just screaming to me that these women do have some validation that "something" happened 30 years ago and my thinking is that i would tend to lean to this mindset. I can't see too many women coming forward with a false narrative, looking for a free handout from a guy with probably very little money left when his NFL heyday would have been the time to do it, so it tells me these women may actually have a point of rightful allegation of one point or other.
