We will see who has the last laugh. This ain’t the staff to take us to a Super Bowl is all I’m saying. McD is a good Coach. But he’s not getting Coordinators that will be on that level. Dorsey ain’t it and neither is Frazier. Point being… Siriani, Shanahan, Reid and Zac Taylor are the guys. That’s who we are competing with. It’s no tirade, it’s reality. I’m ready to move on, now. One day you will be too. Which is fine, difference of opinion and when is all.
-
That’s you assuming McD is the guy. His defense is the right scheme and Dorsey offensively can out coach or hand with guys like Siriani, Shanahan, Taylor and Reid… I don’t see it. No way, don’t care who the players are. Fact is the players are not gonna see it either. I think players know enough and see enough of this game and these personnel groups and coaches…. Buffalo is unattractive once again!!! It’s bad. Believe it or not, but this team will be no better than Division Champs. AFCE titles.
-
The recipe for success is out there!!! Its no longer the defensive minded guys. It’s the offensive minded, we will do as we like, get creative, build your offense and get playmakers…. Do it all with an attitude too! Bills are far from that and I have zero expectations and no longer believe in the staff. It’s not personal, but I know this ain’t it. From coaches to players etc… we have a Super Bowl Caliber QB and WR…. That’s it.

I’ll put it this way…. I bet Vegas has our over under 10.5 games. I’m taking under all day if the OC and DC stay the same. Add that in with some of these players gone. Yep. Nothing will change and for some reason they Will expect fans to believe they can compete for a Super Bowl…. Ok. Sure.

Josh looked really defeated in his press conference.

It’s 100% on the OC. The offensive personnel doesn’t help either but this offense is like hamburger meat with zero seasoning and we refuse to use any sauce. Building a hamburger is out of the question. Vs build the biggest juiciest tasty burger for JA to eat!!!! -

Last few weeks is the key statement I made…. -

He can say what he willl….. but I really don’t think he has confidence in this system, the play calling or Dorsey. ”I’ll never question a call”…. PC answer. “We will work on those areas…. and yeah….” Lol it felt like he just wanted to say, what we were doing wasn’t gonna work, wasn’t working, but I guess we will work on that. Its not a good situation!!! -

Yeah cause he’s watching Brock Purdy that last few weeks and questioning WTF are we doing?! Pick 265 is balling out in an awesome offense with weapons everywhere an Oline that can play…. Not to mention an offensive genius….- 136 replies

I've come to accept our offensive scheme relies on Allen too much

Ya think? -
He should be pissed! This scheme and Dorsey can’t figure ways to get him the ball. Pay me millions and I’ll devise plays, schemes, audibles etc. there’s zero creativity or movement. Nothing! For god sake Cincy put Chase in the backfield to get him the ball. Do something, but we never do. Run the play, if he’s not open go to the next read. BS, do something
-
I agree
-
Like I said…. If he changes both OC and DC, he will promote Washington from DL coach cause he was Carolinas DC and Promote Mike Shula cause he was OC in Carolina. You know you can see that.
-
McD needs to grab Reich or even Greg Roman. Set a standard of being able to run the ball with Play Action. Defensively… it’s just the scheme. Which probably won’t change cause of McD. Lond story short, Josh Allen can’t win in this situation. Offense sucks, scheme sucks, OL sucks, no real weapons outside Diggs. Where it should be the exact opposite. Imagine JA on the 49ers!
-
I’m really not that upset. There has been issues offensively since after the bye week. It’s Dorsey, the scheme, lack of execution, no creativity, Diggs disappears and we no answer. Dorsey is not the guy. i 100% believe this team won’t sniff a superbowl unless the Bills invest in an offensive minded HC and truly build around JA.
-
Yes. That’s my point. If both need to go which many agree…. Why not just grab a new HC? What’s McD gonna do? Promote Washington from the DL cause he was the DC in Carolina and promote Mike Shula cause he was the OC In Carolina? Cause that’s where this team is headed. And McD will tell them to stick to their respective playbooks as much as possible for continuity. Thats the recipe for success?

Bills damn near lost to Miami 3x this year with decent QB play. We will see who plays QB next year, cause that position may get even better. Jets beat us this year, and they are a QB away from being really good. I see them being better next year for sure. Pats…. Meh, we will see. But Buffalo ain’t winning 13 games next year.
-
You’re probably right. But if that’s the case this team will wait til JA is 30 and then decide to change…. Meanwhile never making it out of the division round with one of the best QB talents in the league. Until then JA will continue to fight and fans will pray JA can pull something out his butt like we always do. Get the dude an offense, the players around him and the coach to take it where it should be!
-
I can’t wait to hear anyone on this board to say…. This staff has what it takes. Id like to hear their explanation. JA is hitting his prime years, we gotta figure something out. And this staff isn’t the answer. It’s just not.
-
I don’t see McDermott firing anyone. Even if Frazier goes. It’s gonna be the same scheme. The scheme needs to go. Same on offense…. That being the case why keep McDermott?
-
Exactly… the feel good story is over. Fans see that this isn’t the group of coaches that will take things beyond the first round of the playoffs. It’s an offensive league that needs a solid defense. The Bills have potentially the best QB and a top 5 WR, with a bottom 10 OL, a decent RB being ran by Dorsey. It’s not gonna work. The defense needs even more work.

Lord help us! I’m still assuming Beane is in charge. If not this team is in worse shape than I thought. But I’m pretty McD says he’s answers to Beane
-
Is that a real question? Or does it just seem that way. Beane is the GM….
