Lol in regards to Demeco Ryan’s, ESPN radio was talking about how few and far between the solid Defensive minded coaches are in the league compared to Offensive…. They started listing current coaches that have been successful…. Belichick, Vrabel, Tomlin, Harbaugh, how Brandon Staley has done ok….. no mention of Sean McDermott. I don’t get it… but not shocked. Cause he’s a Super Bowl winning caliber coach right?

It’s 70% coaching with this team! Scheme, game planning, ability to switch things up on the fly etc…. We need a few more players with greater ability but yes. Our Coordinators are middle of the pack!!!

IMO…. OC, Dorsey doesn’t have it. Huge lack of creativity, misuse of personnel, etc, there’s a lot of fans that will disagree and say to give him this or that, another year blah blah blah. After an entire offseason last year and 25 weeks of football (preseason, regular and post), not once did I come away from any game saying, “damn amazing game plan” or “dang great play design”. Many of times we begged him to run a little more…. Many of times it was way to predictable, “here comes a run”, 90% we are correct. Those are things Dorsey has control over and yet things just continually got worse IMO. After the bye week, damn near every fan, analysts, commentators, talk shows would mention something along the lines of, “a win is a win”, no TDs in the second half, “what’s going on?”. Not committing to the run, Diggs being stripped from the offense double up and Dorsey can’t find ways or do anything to get him the ball. It will be more of the same next year. I guarantee it and it’s nothing but wasted time. Don’t be surprised if the bills don’t win 10 games. Our schedule next year is no joke.

I’m a huge Georgia fan…. But I will be the first to admit I don’t think Darnell Washington will make a good pro. Hes a huge mismatch problem for mid tier college programs. But I don’t see him being anything special in the NFL. Size isn’t an issue in the league like it is college. He is not quick, slow feet, very methodical. I see him running roughly a 4.8 forty. He’s not going to be a receiving threat in the league. Red Zone? Sure maybe. He’s a Solid blocker and is that 6th OL. Personally I think this kid is more a potential top 60 talk vs round 1 talk. All my opinion watching him over the years.

Then next year will be McDermotts last if that’s the case. I’d almost bet on it! Especially if the Bills can’t get out of the division round of the playoffs. I have no expectations cause I honestly believe our coordinators are not Super Bowl Caliber.

FA Dalton Risner OG Denver. When I attended the Senior Bowl practices he rotated in at Center and was solid. Potential replacement for Morse in coming years. Round 2 draft: OG Cooper Beebe. Solid OG Kansas State. Funny thing Risner and Cooper Beebe both from K State.

Fans, analysts, sports talk shows were saying WTF multiple times a game in regards to play calling, lack of this or that, what is going on…. Etc since after the bye Week. Its just that a team with much better coaching and ability to game plan exposed us at another level. And we have fans saying…. Could have just been a bad day.

James Cook! Jaquan will be gone and Cook will take his number back. I see Cook adding nearly 10 Lbs this offseason getting to roughly 207. I can’t wait to see what this kid does, especially if the Bills invest in OL.

I would bring in some young blood!!! Bring in Jim Leonard!!!! His name is being thrown around in the NFL as a DC next year. DC in Wisconsin and Intern HC this past season

The inability for both our coordinators to scheme and make the other side of the ball uncomfortable is not Super Bowl caliber! Not not just players…. Coordinators and coaches put them in the best situations to make plays. When McDermott says “their defense wasn’t giving us the looks”…. BS!!! Find stuff that will work to dictate what they are doing on defense. Our Coordinators are playing checkers… These 4 team’s remaining are the best at Chess!!!! It ain’t ever gonna happen with Dorsey or Frazier. They are not on that level. Being that McD accepts it, or continues to hope,or grind a little more says he ain’t the guy either!!!!!

Bill O’Brien is more qualified than Dorsey that’s a fact. Dont see him leaving Alabama and coming here. Not the biggest fan but it would be an improvement.

They do have a tough schedule!!!! On top of potentially losing some veterans. Like I said after the game, I don’t believe the AFCE is guaranteed. I do see at minimum a wildcard. But some fans here act like this team is a Super Bowl championship team and these coaches are on point. They aren’t. We have a Super Bowl caliber QB and WR. Outside that we have some fixing and things that need changed. Im also one of the guys that doesn’t think Dorsey or Frazier can lead their sides of the ball to a Super Bowl. They are both middle of the pack coordinators.

That’s the point… it was more than just yesterday’s game. This team offensively was regressing weekly after the bye week. There were many games fans were left like “a wins a win, but what’s going on”. As far as Diggs, how many games did he disappear? Multiple games Diggs would disappear in a whole half, in close games. This team has zero weapons. And Dorsey is a middle of the pack type coordinator. ESPN radio right now is saying the exact thing. It’s the coaches and the talent around Josh why he’s struggling.

That’s cool and all… But we realize Josh Allen is an All Pro Super Bowl winning caliber player. We sit and watch Siriani with Hurts and that offense. Watch Reid and Mahomes, Watch Shanahan with damn near any QB and all those playmakers. Watch Zac Taylor and Joe Burrow….. Is it any surprise those are the top 4 teams left? No, it’s not. We have Josh Allen, who has…. Dorsey. And Diggs. Dorsey was terrible this year and will never raise anywhere to the level of those other offensive guys. The Bills offensively rely way too much on Josh and Diggs. Defenses take away Diggs and Dorsey has no plan. His lack of creativity or ability to beat defenses is way to obvious. He’s not the guy. Again, we have a top 3 QB and we will never be able to beat these teams. McDermott needs to surround Josh with a real OC. Or we can kick the can and be happy just making the playoffs

Wouldn’t say band wagon fans. Been a fan for 30+ years…. I just think fans see JA17 has zero help, the Coordinator are not the guys. Some fans actually understand it’s Siriani, Reid, Shanahan and Zac Taylor running those offenses and look at the QB play. We have Dorsey. I’m sorry but it’s not the recipe. Just think JA17 is having to do way too much, but he could be more talented than anyone in this league at the QB position. It’s crazy to watch how those teams left operate. Then watch how we do things. But yet we are talking about band wagon fans? This ain’t the staff.

Then what does Dorsey do when the defense takes Diggs away??!! Right he does nothing. And fans are mad at Diggs for being pissed off….. this happened all year long in multiple games. Defenses would take him away and Dorsey had no clue how to get his playmaker the ball. BS that’s his job!!!!

Some may disagree…. This game hurt our image. Players see and hear things. I don’t really think this is the “player now want to come to Buffalo “ anymore. Things are messy. Someone said we are stale. 100% true. Direction unknown and coaches that just don’t scream championship.
