I don’t see a ton of hate .. I love watching Lamar play. He just gets a lot of excuses made for him and far too many people want to put him at the level of guys who actually perform in the playoffs.

I just want us to get in somehow, some way, so if Burrow is to miss time.. the Ravens better find a way to move the ball tonight without Andrews and win this game.

Burrow is also successful because he’ll do the stuff Allen, and to a lesser extent, Mahomes, have to be forced by the hand of God to do… He’ll do it all game, willingly. In the modern NFL with these shell defenses, a guy like Burrow will be more consistent than guys with more talent but less discipline.

Look no further than this as to why the Chiefs run has been so consistent. Baltimore has looked like a legit contender with a healthy Lamar this season … but the Chiefs don’t lose guys like Andrews for the season (if he’s done).

All these AFCN teams give the Bengals trouble. Because they all man up and play physical football. Their DL are dawgs and corners play physical. We have a bunch of power forwards off the edge and corners who play off/zone coverage.

Burrow doesn’t look right again, maybe the calf flared back up… I don’t know …but Tee Higgins missing time might be the big culprit.

In all honesty, I truly believe Dorsey is being scapegoated. McDermott, imo, is the problem and I hope he proves otherwise with a hot streak here to end the season and make the playoffs. Also, the players, for whatever reason.. are not executing.. at all. Allen right there with everyone else.. and I hope he understands that he is a big part of the reason that the guy he vouched for to get the OC position, just got fired because of his reckless and careless play this season. Allen is the face of the team, and is making far too much money to be throwing the same sideline interception every other game, along with mind numbing plays like the fumble in an attempt to execute a simple handoff. Guys like Gabe have been put in a position they are not capable of, and that's on the FO/Staff for believing they could do it. Someone like Allen has needed to be much better this season, and instead, he's been part of the issues. Having a Defensive-minded HC, with musical chairs at OC due to the lack of offensive HC stability, is also likely leading to Allen's regression.

Absent a 6-1 finish, with a run in the Playoffs.. absolutely not.

For the first time in the current era .. I am not planning my Sunday around a Bills game. If they win, I’ll tune back in for the Eagles game, but I’m so apathetic that a loss like last night that would ruin my week, doesn’t even have an affect on me right now. Sad that it’s gotten to this point with us finally having “that” QB, in his prime.

Yup. Whether it’s Allen turnovers or the Defense being completely useless early in games, getting down quickly has been crushing in terms of game flow/game script.

I can’t even get on the Bills, completely, due to betting on injury/age and getting bit. Guys like Milano, Knox, Elam, Benford, Oliver and Rousseau missing games… they’re all young or young enough. Jones is a normal age for an impact DL. Tre White was uncuttable due to his contract, and regardless, you don’t give up on a guy at his age off one injury. Hyde & Poyer we’re always the risk… and they seem to be living up to that risk in somewhat declined play and both missing games already. Next year we have a decision to make on guys like Tre, Hyde and Poyer. At the very least, I think you’ve got to move off Hyde and Poyer and talk Tre into a massive “restructure” aka pay cut. If not, and if they bring in more old players .. you get what you get. Von is a killer. I was for the move when we did it, and he showed out when healthy, but the injury has hurt us so bad. We desperately need him to find himself again. This team needs someone to break through on the defense.

I don’t have a strong position of marijuana either way. I generally think it’s not gone very well where it’s been legalized, but I also don’t think anyone should be going to jail for possession. I also think it’s criminal how pharma worked with elected officials to keep away the health benefits of cannabis from those suffering from various diseases. Abortion can be looked at as regulation … if you simply view it as a transactional medical procedure where one person makes a decision that affects nobody else. For those that view the baby inside them as a human life, it gets more tricky … even libertarians believe in having laws in place for murder - which is how you get many pro-life libertarians.

This is so disappointing from Tucker. Either people in the know are incredibly certain Trump is going to win re-election or most of conservative media has pulled a CNN and gone all in on a temporary Trump rush. They must realize that half of the people who identify right of center will never look at them the same.
