Why would anyone pay Tannehill 29.5 million/yr over 4 years. That’s ludicrous.

I would be good with Shaq but I hear they will franchise him. The difference this year is middle of the road FAs won’t cut it because we have higher expectations. We are win now mode. We have a very good team and need a premier WR , a decent RT, a very good pass rusher, and some depth at multiple positions. We aren’t getting both the WR and edge player in the draft, so we have to make a splash somewhere. I have to believe they are going to throw some cash at DE because the draft doesn’t look that great there.

Any person who watched Bruce in the North South game tackling everyone in sight for a loss could tell he was better than anyone on the DL that we had ever seen. That kid was awesome in college but it was his work effort to slim down in the pros that made him the great sacker he became.

We sign Reed at DT from Seattle. Then based on the fact we platooned our draft pick last year, I am gonna say we go with Darryl Williams and make RT an open competition since Ty is old and should be just our swing guy.

With our luck we finish 2nd in the AFC this year and get.....a wild card game

To me if I'm dropping big bucks it is on a RT. The rationale is offensive lineman keep their playing standard for longer periods of time so you can give people 5-6 year deals. I don't think they will though. I think DE pay is tricky. They tend to peak in their late 20s and then taper off. So its hard to want to drop good money on a big name 26 year old DE hoping they will be good into age 30-31. It isn't always a given. There are plenty of value signings available at DT (Michael Pearce or Jarran Reed), LB, and CB and I think we add value signings at all those areas.

Also, There was an episode of Seal Team where the lead Seal, David Boreanaz, had a backward Bills logo camo cap on during one scene. I froze the recording and played it back because I saw it clearly in a mirror. I google him and It turns out he was born in B-Lo and moved to Philly as a kid. His dad was Rocketship 7's Dave Thomas!

We aren't dumb enough to pull another Spiller draft. This league knows you can draft RBs in round 3-4 and still be very successful and we already have a young RB1. The only RB you take in round 1 is a generational type talent and those guys never get out of the top 5-7 players picked.

STOP quoting this crap!!!! They put him out there in play combos where they maximized his strengths and downplayed his multiple weaknesses. How many times did he get sacks off the edge? How many times did he get clean sacks? ZERO. He gets clean-up sacks due to our secondary just like Phillips did. If he was so good he would have gotten more snaps. For god sake he was competing against Murphy ! He didn't get more plays because he didn't deserve them. He can take his overpaid butt out of Buffalo. If I am paying someone over $10 Million, it better be someone who can get around the edge and can't be blocked by a TE! Shaq is average. He has always been average and he will likely be no more than average or a little above average. The fact he is whining about playing time means he isn't a team player. I don't want him here. There are likely over 10,000 cases already they just haven’t been tested, based on many leading university reviews. There are no test kits. The CDC tested 6 people the other day total. The Utah Jazz tested 50+. LOL

I agree more with this concept. The Super Bowl Bills had something like only 7 players on the 4th SB team that was left from the first 1 and if you look at the Pats they constantly change their roster. It’s about keeping key players and bringing in a constant pattern of good young draft players and coaching them up. The OL needs the most continuity IMO.

If you think Shaq compares favorably to Ngakoue, you really must be on some magic mushrooms..... Shaq and fat boy 97 got sacks because our back 7 were blanketing people and the QBs were getting cleaned up after 4-5 seconds , not due to their rush prowess. Shaq is a stay at home stop the run first guy who is at best an average player. Anything over $8/yr is a total waste of cash. Murphy actually produces more that him in terms of forcing turnovers and pressures, which isn't saying much.

Tee made a lot of catches that were off the Mark where Lawrence but the ball in awkward positions or off his stride....sound familiar?
