  1. Beasley 3 catches 12 yards and a hilarious chew out by Brady on a 3rd down slant where he was wide open but didn’t run through the lead pass and ended up stumbling for a 5 yard play instead of what should have been at 10-12 yard play. At least his new short hair looked nice. 😀
  2. Beasley active? Ok, 8 catches, 24 yards.
  3. I just hope we don’t go away from our core offensive principles and try to milk clock. Pass, Pass, Pass and score points!! Then run to seal the game !
  4. The funny thing is people like TD Phins abhorred Tua until this last week… what a joke. Wait until his 3 picks.
  5. I think Johnson is gonna turn some heads. He isn’t “serviceable.” He just isn’t Micah. He is also a big hitter.
  6. Let’s face it, every year a top flight guy is going to miss a chunk of the year when you have 10 top flight guys. Last year it was Tre and now it’s Micah. Good luck to him in his recovery. The keys are still Josh and Diggs. As far as the impact on the Miami game. This will make them even more 1 dimensional because they won’t even try to run it now. Play pure pass and ignore play action.
  7. Shakir missed that block and totally whiffed earlier on a WR screen that McKenzie had to then purposefully drop so we didn’t lose yardage. He won’t dress much if he continues to show this incompetence on basic blocking plays since he is not a primary WR for us.
  8. 125 / 1550 / 16 I actually think if we go 5-2 or better to start the year we may run away with home field, and if so, we may be trying to spread the ball more and rest him more the final 2-4 games.
  9. So let’s see we run for 4 yards a play but we pass for 8 yards a play and our QB takes no hits. Hmmm, tough choice. Not. Clock moves slower, we get more possessions, we score more points and we demoralize the Fish even more. This isn’t the old Bills where we were trying to keep other teams from having possessions. We want more possessions, not less.
  10. Dear OpEd, There’s always the Sabres season just around the corner where a top 10 draft pick and the promise of a fun young team and a bright future awaits year after year. So there’s that.
  11. Both are more aggressive and both play with more speed. Let’s see what happens against Miami and KC who usually exploited Levy. For those still whining about picking a round 1 CB over a RB, look around. This is a passing league. Ask Tennessee or the Colts how having the best RBs but no WRs or CBs is treating them. This isn’t 1985 ditka ball.
  12. It reading your title, I disagree. We aren’t in the “middle”, we are at the start of the window. The run 2 years ago was premature maturity wise as we barely knew if we could get past NE. Last year was really the first year we knew we had a true shot. Now we have true expectations, that’s when you know your window is here. It should last 3-5 years at this level unless we lose major players. What happens if we lose Gabe, Poyer, Oliver, a few OL, and Tre never plays up to his capability again? That could limit a window.
  13. I was thinking the same thing. I think Kay is more fantasy focused but her replacement seems really deep in her football knowledge and was good on the SEC too. That new foursome’s chemistry is there already although I miss Nate. I also noticed Jamie was pretty athletic out there tossing and running with the guys. She is a natural for the show.
  14. Watching Beasley run a straight line compared to McKenzie or even Crowder is like watching a goat run next to a race horse
  15. The Fins fans honestly suddenly think they are the Bills fan equals. I hope we stomp them and Poyer picks off a pass and waves a peace sign at their fans on his way to the pick 6. Bills 37- Fins 24.
  16. Oh no the dreaded all blue jinx uniforms we supposed suck in. What will we do?
  17. I think this is pretty decent except for the Ravens. They ran for 53 yards against the Jets. I just think they are wildly overrated by a lot of people and their RB and CB injuries will hurt them in that division. They have to run to win. The other team that is awful that won is the Bears.
  18. It’s still 100% Bills vs Chiefs in the AFC. We need home field.
  19. The Vikings play in the league’s worst division now that GB is an average team. Get a lead, make them one dimensional and Cousins will not outduel you.
  20. I called this upset last week. The Broncos have a crap offensive line and their true local online commentators said after the Bills game that they were very far away from the national fan expectations. Russ did nothing in the Red Zone.
  21. Our qb just had the best completion % ever in a Bills game… on the road Our defense just had 7 sacks. We didn’t punt. Again. 1 interception was handed to the corner by the WR. 1 fumble came on a rookies first NFL touch. you just won by 21 point against the defending champs. but that won’t get it done. Goofball.
  22. KC and Pats miss the playoffs. Lamar gets hurt, again, in his pay-me year and ends up in a bridge contract limbo just like others have. Bass doesn’t miss a FG until week 11 this year. Tre White doesn’t play until our 7th game
  23. Bobby Wagner can’t cover anyone that far down field. Good luck in the seams Bobby. This also provides insurance should Gabe want some nutty salary.
  24. Seahawks have a shot to beat the Broncos at home with some turnovers. Russell’s OL is suspect and that crowd and defense will be hyped.
