  1. I think he was implying he wanted the guys to clean it up a bit, specifically Von Miller's haircut.
  2. I had the Disney+ bundle, but after they hiked up their prices, I just cancelled it all. Already paid extra for the Hulu without ads, so all these services bumping up their prices even further is just making me realize how little I actually need them.
  3. Not worried, but I prefer any NFC team over any other AFC team. Reality tells us the Bills are unlikely to go 17-0, so every loss matters... unless you want to pretend that at the end of each season none of that matters.
  4. You actually called the Cowboys with Cooper Rush beating the Bengals? I can see a reason to defend the other ones, but to expect that awful Cowboys team to win? You're a prophet (or given the bets... profit?) 😅
  5. Ravens losing is nice, but losing to the Dolphins negates that. Same with the Browns losing to the Jets... Colts is really the only one that's all upside.
  6. Remember him doing it against us, or was that triple coverage? F'n "Hail Murray" my a**....
  7. Ideally, yes. But considering how many times I've seen interviews bring up the 4 Super Bowl losses & how this team is fighting that legacy, it's clear the baggage can follow a team, even generations removed from it. Hell, you even hear Allen talking about it quite a bit. He was just some California kid growing up a 49ers fan, but in his short time here, he already is carrying the burden of moving past that old baggage.
  8. You're not wrong about that. I remember seeing many of those supposed Pats fans rooting for Brady against their own team... I get supporting the guy, but c'mon team > player!
  9. That makes one of us... I hated the ways Pats fans acted, but then again I pretty much can't stand Boston fans in general. 🤷‍♂️
  10. Probably because 1) we're going against the Titans and 2) the AFCE going 4-0 one week is an extremely rare occurrence. In fact, it's only happened once since 2015 (last year during week 12). So yeah, seeing the Bills, Dolphins, Pats and even the Jets win on the same weekend? That's a once every half dozen years event 🤣
  11. Eh... I agree that the stat line is one associated with MVP candidates, but I don't think Allen will ever need to put up anywhere near 500 yards + 6 TD's to be an MVP. Those simply aren't normal stats, even for MVPs. Here are the MVP's for the last few years: 2021: Aaron Rodgers - Never had more than 4 TD's in a game, never hit 400 yards passing (highest was 385), 4 x 300 yard passing games 2020: Aaron Rodgers - Never had more than 4 TD's in a game, never hit 400 yards passing (highest was 364), 5 x 300 yard passing games 2019: Lamar Jackson - Had 3 games with 5 passing TD's (3 games with 0 passing TD's), only 1 x 300 yard passing game (5 x 100 yard rushing games) So just going off the recent MVP's, nobody hit 6 passing TD's in a game even once, and Rodgers never had more than 4 TD's in the last 2 years. And none of the last 3 MVP's even broke the 400 yard passing mark once. Even if you combine Lamar's rushing & passing yards, his highest total in a single game was 392 yards. Point being Allen won't need to hit 400+ yards or even 5+ TD's a single time to win MVP.
  12. That's my sentiment. Confident Allen (and this team in general) is superior to the Dolphins, but that doesn't mean the Dolphins aren't a much better team this year. And is anyone really that confident in our starting CBs being a 2020 7th rounder in Dane Jackson & a rookie 6th rounder in Benford, matching up against Waddle & Hill? Elam will improve, but it's clear the reports of his offseason struggles were legit, so that leaves us with our most senior CB being Taron Johnson to help. I still think the Bills win, but the Ravens were up 28-7 at half, then the next 2 quarters the Dolphins dropped 35 points on them. If anything, they've proven their offense has WAY more potential than they did the last couple years.
  13. Wait, are we really going to pretend nearly 500 yards & 6 TD's isn't a great accomplishment in the NFL regardless of the opponent? That's not a common stat line for a reason. We all know Allen is better than Tua, easily... but c'mon, it's not a slight to Allen to acknowledge a great performance from someone else.
  14. True, but you have to admit the Dolphins have way better weapons than we had. Simply having Tyreek & Waddle makes them scarier on offense than we ever were.
  15. I haven't paid attention to any football all day, just came home & checked some box scores... WTF HAPPENED?! Jets & Dolphins both win, with Flacco throwing for 300+ yards & 4 TD's, and Tua going for 469 yards & 6 TD's!?!? SIX?! Couple that with the Pats winning, and the AFCE went 3-0... WHAT IS GOING ON??! 🤣
  16. I honestly didn't know how accurate the Diggs stats against Ramsey were, just sharing what they said on GMF. However, we've already see Kupp lined up against our 6th & 7th round corners today, beating them consistently (along with Johnson & our safeties). It's pretty clear so far that my prediction about him having a good performance against our DBs was accurate. 8 receptions on 9 targets for 56 yards & 1 TD. Diggs has been good too though, 6 receptions on 6 targets for 62 yards.
  17. Yep! I get it's impossible to be impartial, but at least use some critical thinking before posting. My only posts this week were in the "Diggs is better than Kupp" thread, stating I think Kupp is poised to have a better game based off who's covering him... common sense given our DB situation, but no. People don't want to hear it. Just like the entire off-season people refused to believe that Elam was struggling, yet guess who got beaten out by a 6th round rookie to start week 1? Hmm. And it's not like talking about these things makes you a bad fan, just try to accept the good with the bad & support your darn team regardless!
  18. You're joking right? That was a clear and obvious hold on Kupp... at least blame the refs for something debatable
  19. Well... spoke too soon. Really bad pass by Allen. Bills should have a 2 score lead by this point, but are looking to be overtaken before half 😔
  20. I wasn't expecting the turnovers, but everything else isn't surprising. Figured Kupp would have a good game going against rookie 6th round corner & former 7th rounder. Bright side is Allen has been basically perfect. Still a great shot to win
  21. Thank you! As long as we won, I wouldn't care if Josh Allen set the single game interception record & threw for 20 yards... the only points could be a safety & us winning 2-0! A Super Bowl win is more important than all the superficial stuff surrounding it.
  22. I believe they definitely can win, they've just have a huge challenge ahead of them. The media has put an unfair amount of pressure on the Bills, giving them a massive target on their back for each & every game. Sean McVay is 5-0 in home openers, and NEVER has had a record below .500 ever in his career. The Bills being 2.5 point favorites on the road, cross country, against the SB winners is going to be seen as a sign of disrespect & a point of contention for other fanbases. Instead of the tough underdogs, the Bills are now viewed as the anointed media favorites to win the Super Bowl, giving fans of other teams something to whine about. In the past, our fans would whine about the media not giving us enough respect (during the drought... when we sucked), now they've overcorrected too much. After all this excessive hype, a Bills loss will lead to an even dumber overreaction in the headlines. I think it's just not fair to this team who didn't ask for any of this.
  23. He could be, but he may not have more success tonight (don't hate me 😅) Diggs is going up against Ramsey, while Cupp is going up against Dane Jackson (7th round pick in 2020) & a rookie 1st rounder in Elam. Or maybe our 6th round rookie Benford Will be paired up against him on occasion... Either way it's a lot of green, young players being asked to go up against the #1 WR in the league last year & a top 10 player in the league (according to players). According to GMF, when matched up together, Ramsey held Diggs to 2 receptions for 9 yards on 4 targets the last 2 games they went at it (I didn't check to verify though). So Diggs may be "better" in terms of talent, but Cupp is in the better position to put up numbers.
  24. At least not ROUTINELY fooled... Sure, he gets "fooled," sometimes, just as every QB does. I mean that's half the game every snap... Coaches & Coordinators make big money for the sole purpose of putting their defenses in the best position to stop opposing offenses. Of course they're going to be at least semi-competent at their jobs. But misdirecting Allen on some plays doesn't automatically mean you stopped him, nor does it mean he's being "fooled" more than other elite QBs. Imagine in basketball discrediting MJ because he occasionally got stuffed or had a ball stolen from him. Remember, defenders get paid too. It's just the nature of the game. Point being, he still succeeds regardless.
