McDermott has called 2 great defensive games so far, and I'm really liking what we're doing. There are still areas that could improve (pass rush accounted for 0 sacks again this week), but can't complain when you hold opposing offenses to 16 & 10 points.

Just pay these damn writers already... Every show I like is about to finish their seasons, and it's going to take years at this point to see them continue!

Thank you! It's almost a given Josh will get a restructure at some point, as well as several others. Next year, we have 10 players accounting for $172 million against the cap (about 70% if the cap rises to $250 million), so this offseason could be crazy.

It's funny, only 2 weeks in, and the NFC has 6 x teams with 2-0 records, and the AFC only has 1. The Dolphins could bump that up to 2 x AFC teams, but the AFC just beating each other up already. NFL has definitely started off weird this year 🙃

Man... I really wish we did whatever it took to snag Christian McCaffrey when he was available last year. Dude is killing it for the Niners. Not sure I'd trust Dorsey to utilize him as well as Kyle Shanahan, but McCaffrey's so good he'd find a way to make it work anyway.

After the first 2 games, I think it's safe to say McDermott knows what he's doing on defense. I feel if Elam was as good as fans hoped, McDermott would be playing him. I know people like to pick apart any mistake the defense makes when we lose, but overall they were really good against the Jets. They held the offense to 16 points, and that was after gifting them 4 turnovers. This week they held the Raiders to 10 points, 240 total yards, Josh Jacobs to -2 rushing yards & had 3 turnovers. Sure, there were 0 sacks, but overall the D looks good. Elam may get a chance at some point, but at this point he's in the Aaron Maybin category to me.

You're also a fool if you think Josh Allen is the NFL leader in turnovers the last 4 years because of someone else's fault. I'm so freaking sick of seeing the "blame anyone *BUT* the guy who had the most to do with it!" Thankfully, the rest of the NFL community who aren't complete homers know the truth, including Josh himself. You can deflect all you want, but your "blame the other people" narrative falls on deaf ears after so many years of seeing this play. Allen's a talented QB, and we all love him, but he's a Rollercoaster. And it's also why he's not in that Mahomes tier.

Did Kiko Alonzo end any careers? If not, he surely shortened some. Even though he wasn't on the Bills for long, we're responsible for bringing the monster into the league 😆

I think our D did awesome. They held the Jets to 16 points, even though we gifted them 4 turnovers. That's fantastic, despite any other issues. If anything, this game gave me confidence in that area.

How tf is this on McDermott or Dorsey? The wheels came off with Josh mentally. He completely crumbled under the pressure. The coaching staff didn't make him throw those picks. Zach Wilson is taking care of the ball better than Josh.

I'm sure this will inspire a lot of confidence going forward. Defense holds the Jets all game, Aaron Rodgers OUT, and Allen single handedly sinks the entire team with 4 turnovers... ALL preventable.

He was tied for turnovers, but now he sits alone at the top. Great job. Mentally weak. That's all I can say.
