I hope they invest in some serious league wide DDOS protection, as well as have protocols in place for if there are other internet issues. But now having said that, I can see a new scandal arising in the Pats pretending to have connection issues to cheese out extra time to call around for trades and whatnot.

Lots of them? That would be a lock for the greatest WR class of all time by a wide margin for lots of them to all be better than a top 10 WR. Surely you mean that in a strictly hypothetical "anything is technically possible" sort of way. I can see a number of them from this deep class developing into decent starters with a couple top 10s, but not a hostile takeover of the top tier WR hierarchy from a single class.

Got crap for posting in the other thread so I'll mention it here too. Just got a call from him like 20 minutes ago. He verified that no one has sent him nudes or tried to mess with him (good), and he doesn't know where he'll line up against 4-5 receiver sets (considering the new CB signings) but is confident with their coaching they will dominate regardless of who he gets put on. He sounded like he genuinely cared about checking up on me when he mentioned he knew I had chronic depression and wanted to see how I was managing.

Got a call from him just now after messaging him yesterday. I don't know why but I messaged that with having chronic depression, it was really cool to see down to earth guys like him trying to lift spirits. So he said he wanted to reach out to me to make sure I was doing okay and ask what I was doing to stay busy and entertained. I almost cried. Told him about the Barstool Sports GOATSim Madden thing which he thought was cool. One statistical model I saw showed the Bills at 12 wins and the Pats at 9 with the Phins and Jets at 7 or 8 each.

Last I checked the Pats were still the favorites at +100 with the Bills at +140 despite 89% of the money being on the Bills.

So what I'm hearing is that trading for an established #1 WR was a good idea, loading up on defense in FA for the early boost, and continuity on the O-line helps. Neat.

To the people worried about load on DS or Yeldon having to play, I remind them that passing the ball is an option too. I'm not sure if everyone has heard, but we picked up some kid called Stefon Diggs who might be halfway decent at taking some touches. Brown/Beasley/Knox/etc exist as well, and there's always sweeps and whatnot and the occasional run from Allen. We'll be fine, BPA.

I really don't understand CB and RB still being "glaring" needs at this point. We already signed Gaines and Norman, and Yeldon can be our RB2. We're talking about depth or "complimentary pieces" at this point. BPA from our draft board all the way.

Hopefully Edge first, we already scored DS in the third and aren't in dire need to upgrade on him.
