Except for that play on the sideline in the playoff game. -
Bennett trade was better than both of these. But if the two the Hughes trade wins by a lot. The mccoy trade was not all that one sided at all. I know people will disagree but it’s true.

How would you feel about a 6 game NFL season?
Matt_In_NH replied to JetsFan20's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
At this point the NFL is planning to play 100% of its games. MLB is different given they play 161 games to begin with. One of the reasons I love the NFL is because the games ALL matter. In baseball that is not really the case. There are times a race comes down to one game but when you are at game 53 no one know or can predict if that one really matters in the end. Taking 60% away from MLB is easy, for the NFL it is now. I could see a 10 game season or something maybe. -
If you have to constantly explain why it’s not disrespectful and means something else maybe you are doing it wrong and you should find another way to protest. protesters see it as protesting. Others see it as disrespectful. They are both right but will never get on the same page and see it eye to eye.

Tickets For Bills - Raiders in Vegas
Matt_In_NH replied to King Allen of New York's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
We will see what happens as the games are actually played. It is common for tickets to come down right before the game, not sure if that will hold true here or not. And I get if you make arrangements to travel you want your tickets in advance. The Covid thing adds a significant wrinkle also. But lots of filthy rich people from around the world go to Vegas when it is open and they may be willing to pay whatever to check out this American Football thing that is in town. Hotel rooms can fluctuate from $50 to $500 one night to the next and there are only 8 games, so supply is quite low, demand will be high (assuming no covid impacts). I would wait it out, go and try to get last minute tickets, if not go to a sports book and still have a good time, cause its vegas. -
You wanna show the waitress your 3 tech?

Rewatching the ravens game tonight
Matt_In_NH replied to John from Riverside's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
My opinion....more talent on offense helps (Diggs and Moss) but the number one variable that will move this offense forward is Josh Allen's continued improvement. It's not just give him weapons and the results will come. He needs to improve also. -
Dallas 175 million 5 year offer to Prescott
Matt_In_NH replied to Greg S's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If Allen becomes who we are hoping for he will get 200 million -
Josh Allen is not a proven franchise qb. Yet

So an actual insides kick would still be an option right? I like the “surprise” onsides and would not want to see that eliminated. Nothing here would do that though. After a kick goes 10 yards it’s a free ball. I guess I’m good with trying this. It definitely favors teams with great qbs.

On one hand as far as sexual assaults go you have to hand it to him taking responsibility. Most would deny deny deny. But On the other hand it’s a sexual assault and I don’t see them putting someone up on the wall with that in their background. Had he done up first he would probably stay but that is not what happens. Not getting recognized is part of his punishment and I am ok with that.

Who remembers 3 TD's in 1 minute, 17 seconds ?
Matt_In_NH replied to LB48's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That and the next week are the games those nineties teams learned how to win. The week before levy pulled Brice cause they were getting blown out and Bruce made a big deal about it. -
Convince me that the 2020 Pats are good...
Matt_In_NH replied to Kirby Jackson's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
And someone might consider trading Bledsoe in the division for a 1st rounder. It happens. A couple years ago the Brown supposedly had a deal for AJ McCarron for a 2nd. Dont get me wrong, I want what you are saying to be true and maybe after two decades I can't see straight but I dont think Belichick is going down without a significant fight. For him, this is just another chance for him to double down and move his legend forward by continuing to be successful without Brady. I believe he wants it and will do all he can to achieve. -

Yeah I disagree, lots of teams trade with them (help them) all the time. And 16 teams are in another conference. I agree it may not be in Indy's best interest but anything can be had for the right price. I dont see him pulling a rabbit out of his butt however I do see them being better than people think. -

Their roster is not the best and they have an unknown at QB. However, they have what most would argue is the best coach of all time and that counts for a lot. He will churn the QB if it is not working out, trade for someone who can manage games, like Brisset or something. Whether you agree they are good or not, don't be surprised if they are still in it when the Bills play at Foxboro week 16. -
With the cba there is something about third rounders that makes signings take longer. But if you need to be talked off the ledge over this then There is not much hope for you
