Another terrific ep. This one had a table-setter feel for the last two. I can't wait to see how far up the killing cult goes, as it seems like MM was getting too close for comfort in the eyes of his superiors. Such a dark show. Love the real desperation and pain of Marty's marriage. I won't spoil it for those who haven't seen it yet...."Why don't you buy me a beer....."

I agree with the majority here. Pregame shows have become dreadful. They all use the same formula but with limited success. I don't want to be yelled at or be subject to lame attempts at humor. I just want gameday info. I wish DTV or some outlet would offer a channel with natural sound of the warmups and the crowd filing in from stadium to stadium, with a scroll across the bottom w/ info. That's a pregame I'll watch every week.

Excellent show. The one take, 6 minute ending to ep. 4 was stunning. Last night was another stellar episode. I agree w/ the sentiments regarding MM role. What a great character. The jump-cutting between years can be a disaster in the wrong hands, here it's done masterfully.

Cowherd may be the worst of the national talk hosts, which says plenty. He just talks in circles, not to mention he has a nails-on-the-chalkboard voice. His rants often make no sense, contradicting themselves by the end. The whole ESPN lineup is waaay below average. FOX too for that matter (ever listen to Ben Maller? No? Consider yourself lucky.) BTW- Why is Tony Dungy on SNF? He adds nothing.

How did Kiko not get in? A shame......he's been terrific all season.

I love Kelso. I've been watching football for many years (like many here) and I measure an analyst by if I learn something from his commentary. Kelso many be too wordy for some, but he is excellent for radio. Murph is fantastic. You can never replace Van but Murph was been great. He also brought Van's gift of humor to the booth. I almost fell over yesterday when commenting on the crowd and the rain, Murph said: "This crowd is going to take a long time to dry out....in every sense of the word." LOL!!!! I agree about Joe B. He adds little.
