1. You couldnt fire him before the draft because he knows your draft board and what players they were scouting. 2. There is no way, no way that McD didn't run that draft room. 3. The Bills firing Whaley after the draft is the perfect time to fire him. He was probably used more like a scout in his final months leading up to the draft. 4. I wanted Whaley fired 3 years ago, worst GM ever. I don't see other teams calling him for GM openings, the guy is a solid scout for defensive players but was absolutely the worst GM at evaluating QB and offensive players in general. Someone could make a pretty good list of QB's Failey passed on, 3 big names that come to mind are Cousins, Wilson, Carr.

If it was any other defense than the worst defense in the NFL I would say we probably lose that game.

I have nothing against Taylor, I just don't think his style of play will ever win us a playoff game. I hope we trade a LT and Taylor for a 1st rd pick to Denver. I still see him putting up the same numbers with much better weapons.

Jason Peters is a elite talent that we should've signed long term. Glenn is a solid pass blocker and better than average run blocker.

Can someone do this with Taylor on a weekly basis. I know 190 and a TD will be a short film but at least it will be easy for the person doing it.

I dont even know why a team would blitz Taylor, just drop into zone with tight windows and watch Taylor go happy feet.

If I remember correct Gilmore played almost 90% man coverage in Rex Ryan's defense. The Patriots play a ton of zone but switch it up a lot. Gilmore is a good CB but I think he will need until week 10 before he starts playing at a higher level.

This is a pointless ranking, I wonder what Kirk Cousins ranking was when he had yet to play a snap and was backup to RG3?

The only ranking system I care about is playoff wins and Super Bowls. Taylor has zeros in all categories and I don't see that ever changing. Even if he got Traded to the Packers or Cards I still see all zeros.

I like what Taylor says here but I wish he would've worded like this. It's time for me as a quarterback, it's time for us as a team, to separate from the pack and do whatever it takes to win.

Taylor is not a good passer, I don't expect him to be here at the end of the year. Once we are mathematically out of the playoffs I fully expect to see Peterman start and I expect him to match or better Taylor's passing and TD average for the year.

If we get a 3rd rd pick for Taylor I will do back flips.

With our offence ever team is a concern. I will stand by my previous statement that Taylor will never carry this team to a playoff victory.

The thread states " How can a switch to Peterman be any worse". Taylor 180 1TD and around 30 yards rushing. I could see Peterman putting up those numbers easily in safe mode. Taylor still plays every game in safe mode.

I feel fine because I was the same way with Edwards, Losman, Fitz, EJ and now Taylor. I wanted them all out of here because I knew they were not good enough to get this team to a super bowl. Poor QB play will get you criticized in any city. You want to see a city with crazy QB hate than trade TT to Chicago. He will want to go back to Buffalo In a week.

If Cutler got to go through 5 OC's than Taylor gets to go through 5 OC's. I don't want the label of being a racist fan base.

This is good news, this means Peterman is pushing him in practice and Taylor knows the only way to stay on the field for a few more games is to play the race card.

Sammy would've wanted a boat load of money for only playing 5 games a year. That trade needed to happen. Dareus is unmotivated and doesn't put in the effort during the offseason. I would never pay a DT a 90+ mil contract but Dareus hasn't even come close to earning that paycheck. Dareus for sure will be shopped now and during the offseason and it's all on him. Glenn is a solid player that got payed way over market value because Shady and Taylor are really what make the running game work. He is solid in both Pass/Run blocking but it looks like injuries and his contract will probably get him traded. Everyone the Bills have traded or not signed are all moves I agree with. I don't see any similarity between McD and Kelly.

We need a QB. Taylor couldn't even make the playoffs with the 2000 Rams offense and the 2000 Ravens defense.

I agree, I have always said you have to wait for your 3rd year with a WR to see what you really have. Zay looks like he is trying too hard, he's putting more on his plate than he can handle. Zay does look like he has good hands on one play then drop a easy pass on the next. I will say having Taylor as his QB as a rookie is doing him no favors. Taylor has no touch, rarely gets the ball to the WR in stride for YAC and has poor field vision so when Zay burns a guy and is open Taylor will not see him.
