I would laugh for 3 weeks if Russ became the new commish of the NFL. How can he oversee 32 teams when he cannot even manage the two he has. LOL!!!!!!!!!

This is where I'm at as well, Taylor is gone after this year anyway. We need to see what we have in Peterman and evaluate everyone in the next few games. I have a feeling McD goes with Peterman again this week, I can't see any benefit to playing Taylor when he will be gone next year.

I rewatched the Chargers game and on multiple occasions Bosa was on top of Peterman at the 2 sec mark. I don't think any QB could operate a successful offence under those circumstances. Im more pissed at McD for starting a Rookie QB in that situation. You know the Chargers have a top 2 D-Line and you start a rookie against it with our crap O-Line. I would pin that game on our O-Line, D-Line and LB's before I put it on Peterman.

Romo is growing on me, I couldn't stand him at first but I'm starting to like him more and more.

Just tail gate and don't watch or go to the games. The first few weeks I was getting by on watching the defense then changing the channel, now I cannot watch either. All I have left is kickoffs and field goals but I have to be fast with the clicker.

Why can't their be a 3rd choice that says it doesn't matter who starts we will still lose.

I think they were pissed Peterman was starting because the Jets gave them the game plan to stop Taylor. Coach Lynn would've given the team 2 extra personnel days because the preparation for Taylor was already done by the Jets, that's why they felt disrespected.

If Vic Fangio somehow becomes available we need to get him.

If for some reason the Bears release Vic Fangio we need to pounce.

I didn't have high expectations on the season so I really am not surprised. I do feel bad for Peterman and I think the coaching staff really let him down. His 1st start as a rookie QB shouldn't have been against the best D-Line in the NFL without Glenn and our worst offering of WR's this year with KB going down. I can't see him not finishing out the season once we are ruled out of the playoffs,

Isn't he mainly a cover 2 type DC, if so I don't want anything to do with that.

I agree 100% Shady and Taylor make this O-Line look like they are amazing run blockers and average pass blockers. The truth is they are the worst O-Line in the NFL. O-Line needs to be completely blown up, the only survivors should be rookies and maybe Glenn. I would honestly move Glenn to Guard, it might help him stay healthy.

It is horrid and it's the main reason we put a 5th year rookie in to start vs the Chargers.

I don't think any OC will be able to help this team now. It's on to stripping the house to the foundation and doing a complete rebuild.

Who really wants to make the playoffs with this team just to be embarrassed on national TV. The defense and O-Line is the worst I have ever seen on any team. I said two years ago we need to rebuild the O-Line if we want to be able to evaluate a rookie QB. The only person worth keeping is Dawkins and that's only because he's a rookie. It's going to be difficult to fill 4 out of 5 O-Line positions next year.

For me the whole O-Line needs to be replaced. All of this wouldve been completely avoidable if we just started Taylor vs the Chargers. The Chargers would've copied the Jets game plan and Taylor would've looked like complete crap. Then you start Peterman vs a team that doesn't have the best D-Line in the NFL going against the worst pass blocking O-Line in the NFL. If I was Peterman I would feel like I was setup to fail.

I agree, I don't see him wasting the prime of his career with a 5th rd rookie or a QB who doesn't attempt many passes and has been at the bottom of the pack in yardage for 3 years.

When we are eliminated from the playoffs there is absolutely no reason to start Taylor. Let Taylor lose against KC and start Peterman to close out the season.

You do know the Chargers have a slightly better version of the Jets defense. Taylor would've lost this game and looked just as bad as Peterman.

Can someone look up how many HC's have made the playoffs in their 1st year as HC with a team that didn't make the playoffs the previous year.

I have to admit that Taylor looked so bad vs the Jets I would've considered starting a guy bagging groceries.

Peterman was obviously pushing Taylor in practice to have McD start him over Taylor. Let me say that again a 5th rd rookie is pushing our starting QB. The only mistake McD made was starting him vs the Chargers. The Chargers have a cloned version of the Jets defense, Taylor would've lost this game and then you could've started Peterman vs KC with little expectations.

Neither QB is winning this game, Taylor is a better QB right now because of experience only. McD should've released Taylor right when he signed on as HC. 1st year HC with all new coaching staff and we expected to make the playoffs in his 1st year.
