Steelers QB Mason Rudolph fined $50K by NFL
Call_Of_Ktulu replied to stosh64's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
So he got fined for someone hitting him in the head with his own helmet? I see this this like a bar fight, you have two guys talking ***** to each other but one guy escalates it and punch’s the other guy. The guy that throws the punch always spends the night in jail. If I was Rudolph I would appeal the ***** out of this. I would also now be in full blown I’m pressing charges for assault mode. -
John Brown is leading the AFC in receiving
Call_Of_Ktulu replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Right now he is playing like a faster version of Diggs. It would’ve been nice to get Diggs for a 2nd and 5th and put him on the other side. The last few games teams have been doubling SMOKE and playing a safety over the top. It would be nice to see Knox and Beasley take advantage of that. I’m hoping we make the playoffs and this offense gels just as we make the playoffs. We have a mobile QB, a super fast WR, a young elusive RB and a TE with crazy physical and athletic abilities. Like Jim Kelly was saying in that news interview it going to take time to gel but when they do this offense should take off. -
John Brown is leading the AFC in receiving

He’s so very explosive, he has amazing change of direction abilities and he can start and stop faster than any WR I can remember. I always thought he had issues with catching the football consistently but I haven’t seen him drop many this year. The CB plays so far off him at times that they should incorporate more of those quick WR screen plays. If this O-Line gave Allen a little more time to throw we could do a lot more routes that benefit Smoke. He should get 4 easy 10 yard catches a game just from curl routes alone. -
Patriots OR Cowboys this Sunday.
Call_Of_Ktulu replied to CowgirlsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Cowboys are the only team in the NFL that might pay off the refs more than the Patriots. I have a feeling the Cowboys will win this game in the trenches. It will be interesting to see how the Patriots deal with a great O-Line and Elite RB. I have always thought play action kills the Patriots but there are only a few teams that could pull it off vs the Pats and the Cowboys are one of the few. -
Rex Ryan’s main concern at practice was foot care. If he was still HC I don’t see this injury happening.
-
That is not impressive to me. I’m guessing he took some of the cement from his feet and put them in the gloves.
-
Gore is running with 20 lb cement shoes. He can’t beat anyone to the outside and his cut back ability is completely gone. If we cut Gore right now nobody would sign him. If Singletary has problems holding onto the football our RB position is in big trouble. I would just just like to add that Yeldon sucks and would also not be signed if released. I think there was a huge mistake made in putting Wade to the PS. At least he showed burst and playmaking ability.

Football rosters need to be expanded from 53 to 57 players. -
The Eye of the Tiger !!!

It’s nice to see your team develop in all aspects of the game. Allen had a great game today and McD as a coach is getting better and better. With a good draft and FA we would definitely be a team on the rise. -
Josh Allen - week ELEVEN report card

I’m very happy with Allen today. I bet the over and the Bills covered the 7. -
Can the Detractors Now Admit Allen's Growth?
Call_Of_Ktulu replied to H2o's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He did seem to have better touch on his passes today and his footwork was much improved. While he might not ever be the most accurate passer I think he could develop into a good one. Add in the size, mobility and arm strength and we could have a 3,800 28TD 13 Int type QB. -
Props where they are due: Ed Oliver
Call_Of_Ktulu replied to Pine Barrens Mafia's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Oliver is so young but he could turn into a good DT. I would feel better if his arms were a little longer, but he could turn into a John Randle type player like they projected. -
Romo just nailed how you beat the Pat's...
Call_Of_Ktulu replied to Hebert19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The Patriots O-Line gets away with so much ***** holding. I know there is basically holding on every play, you see official’s right there just looking at it and they don’t throw a damn flag. When Gilmore was with us he was a grabby CB, he was flagged for holding and pass interference a lot . Now with the Patriots I see Gilmore playing the exact same way but the flags have stopped flying. -
After rewatching some Bills games it seems like Oliver is have trouble shedding O-Lineman. Olivers arms are very short, in college he could get by with his burst and strength but in the pro's everyone is strong and fast. I think if you put him at DE it would be a big mistake.

Message from McDermott to team: “Play Fearless”
Call_Of_Ktulu replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If I was in that meeting I would say "when you start coaching fearless I will start playing fearless". -
They are rating Incognito as a top 10 guard this year. I'm just guessing but I bet if Kap were a top 10 QB he would've been signed to a very nice contract 2 years ago.
-
I already know the NFL makes billions, this is more about me. When did I say I was a fan of Incognito?
-
If Kap is on the Bills roster in any fashion I will take that season of football off and just focus on working OT on Sunday. I would be happy with the 600$ each Sunday.
