  1. My point is, how are people really trying to discredit Belichick? It's ridiculous.
  2. The disrespect... Pretty sure Belichick beat the Bills just last season attempting all of 3 passes in the game.
  3. Let this be a lesson to the "guard in the 1st round" people. Only in VERY special circumstances.
  4. I can't complain with the selection of Elam. 2nd round? Cody Ford 2.0 coming up.
  5. Don't bet on it.
  6. "Bish better have my sweet potatoes."
  7. And that's fine. Up until the current regime, the Bills were great at finding RBs. That's the trade off, I guess. Can't have it all.
  8. If RB were so easily replaceable, we'd have a top tier guy. I'm not too much worried about 2nd contracts. That's for Beane to figure out. I want the Bills to win and win now! This is DK Metcalf all over again. A handful of us on here banging the table for an obvious talent, while others try to tell us why their game won't translate at the next level. Breece is going to be a beast for whoever gets him.
  9. If it weren't for those qualities, Harris wouldn't offer much. He much slower and less explosive than Hall - AND Breece balance and yac aren't exactly lacking. All things equal, I'd take Hall easily.
  10. How is he not Najee Harris level?
  11. The Jets just drafted Zach Wilson last year. Why wouldn't they want to surround him with the best talent that they an acquire? And this is it for Tua. He either shows something or Miami is in a great position to replace him next season. Pretty sure that's where Brady will be in 2023, actually.
  12. A year like you've never seen from a wideout. He had 365 rushing yards on the year but had 1400 yards receiving. I don't understand why people put so much focus on the running aspect of his game. He's a legit elite WR.
  13. Red flag for Toney or for Schoen and Dabs?
  14. Don't get me wrong, there are inept coordinators/QB combos out there that can ruin him. That goes for any WR.
  15. I strongly disagree. He has great hands, is a very good route runner and is arguably the best in the league racking up YAC. Shanahan was just creative enough to use him in a multitude of ways because he realizes how special Deebo is. Tyreek Hill has the ability that would allow him to be used the same way. Deebo will be successful anywhere a QB can get him the ball. He does it all, whether folks want to give him credit where it's due or not.
  16. Why are some of you discounting Deebo as a pure receiver? Again, 77 rec 1405 yards 18.2 ypc this past season. The rushing stats are a bonus. Deebo does it all!
  17. Whoa whoa whoa... In the NBA you have to play offense AND defense and Michael was close to being the very best at both! Take a look at Jordan's accolades. It would be exhausting to list them all here, but keep in mind that he won the scoring title, league MVP and defensive player of the year all in the same league year. 10X scoring champion, 6 Finals MVPs, 9x All defense first team (tied for most in NBA history), not to mention the impact he had on the league. At age 40, under current league rules, he would have had the lowly Wizards in the play-in. All this without the most recent advances in modern medicine that Brady and others enjoy. I'd argue Peyton Manning has had more of an impact on how QBs attack the position than Tom Brady. I can acknowledge Brady as the G.O.A.T. even with the cheating scandals, but Michael Jordan transcended the sport of basketball. For me, there's no comparison.
  18. All the routes in the history of the NFL, you'd be hard pressed to single out just 1 as the greatest. The answer is no.
  19. He's a stud in every offense where the QB can get him the ball. 77 rec 1405 yards 18.5ypc, plus his ability to play HB. Why would they fold? They hold ALL the cards. They're getting $25 million per from whatever team they end up playing for.
  20. So let's see, McBeane is seen as the powerhouse GM/HC combo, Josh is being mentioned as the best player in the league and the Bills are favored to win the Super Bowl. So that means no more threads complaining about the media overlooking/disrespecting the Bills, right?
  21. Signs are everywhere. If he "felt it" then that's good enough. It's his life.
  22. Funny thing is, the Bills are now the type of stable franchise Pickens could thrive in. His talent isn't in question.
  23. Bills fans are everywhere. I live in Maryland about 10 miles outside of DC. Tons of Bills fans here. Always have been. My brother lives in VA. There's a lovely Bills bar in Herndon, VA with Phins bar directly across the street. (Fun times when they play 😄) I even found a Bills bar in Key West while on vacation. Watched Sammy catch the game-winner vs Minnesota back in 2014.
  24. Maybe not statistically great, but fulfilling nonetheless. I'd take his career over a lot of other, more prolific WRs.
