    Some of these posts are head scratchers. I couldn't care less about the salary cap. Pay the talent. McDermott isn't Belichick. You're not going to win in this league with mediocre talent surrounding a great QB.

    Most of those shortcomings are the result of lackluster QB play. Watch how they suddenly elevate with an elite QB leading them.

    The Broncos defense was 3rd in points allowed, 8th in yards allowed and 6th in passer rating allowed. Russell, Davonte Williams, Sutton, Jeudy and Patrick. Don't be fooled. They're primed and ready.

    Even in his highlights I see that Walker, too often, tries to bounce it outside and beat the defender to the sideline. That's not going to fly at the NFL level.

    Whenever we go to the Keys we fly into Lauderdale-Hollywood International. Definitely more my speed at age 38 and it's only 30 minutes away from Miami, if you're looking for that scene.
