He is not getting job offer most likely due to his past. Other coaching canidates dont come with the baggage. And i feel that Saints just might hire him with the NFL fears of this lawsuit.

Its actually a good opinion... most teams that are already set on a canidate is forced to interview a minority canidate. Much of the time its just a formality interview for the team to follow the rules. Its not fair to the coach being interviewed. And just a waste of the teams time. It doesnt benefit either parties so the fact that this rule still exists is dumb. Like if Bills are set on hiring Ken Dorsey. It isnt fair for this Bennett or Martin guy to be interviewing for a job they have no shot at.

Itd be stupid for Dorsey to leave if he has opportunity to stay and work with Josh Allen. If he stays and offense remains successful Ken Dorsey would be looking at a future head coaching job in the near future. Unless they work some miracle on Daniel Jones he will likely be stuck with Giants and possibly even fired depending how the new regime goes.

I disagree. Josh Allen is getting to the point where he knows exactly what play to be in. Why would we want to take him out of this offense. He knows it like the back of his hand. The communication with his recievers has helped him make this giant leap to where he is today. Why would we want to change the verbiage and the playbook? Besides its not like Ken Dorsey is unqualified for the position. Daboll has been grooming him for an OC role for awhile now (Believe he was even allowed to call preseason games to get his feet wet). If he doesnt get our OC gig then he will get one somewhere else. Then we are looking at filling OC and QB coach. Every great coordinator started out as a positions coach at some point. If they never got promoted then they wouldnt even be known has a great coordinator. Ken Dorsey is deserving of a promotion for the work he has done with not only Josh Allen but what he got out of Cam Newton.
